The album marks the first release from Caulfield since the death of his wife Hannah Beth in August 2017. He has described the sessions that led to the album as a healing process, finding that playing music again was something that has helped him greatly during his most difficult time. As stated, the album consists of songs made famous by Bob Dylan all of which have been re-worked by Caulfield and given a different tone to the originals. This also marks the final release from Brandon Caulfield under current label Studio60 Records and the album will be available worldwide from June 2, 2018.
