I think you should make a game that is like gta and fifa mixed because u will attract all sorts of playershit.
It should be a game when u have to paths to choose either the criminal life or become a professional footballer in this game u should be able to Rome around have a house and have cars but it should be realistic so if u are caught with drugs and things if u have chosen the football life you will be kicked from your team. Also online mode should be proclubs slash gta online so u can make a team with your friends and also Rome about with them
