Vara gives Mariko an odd look. "Not giving a fuck was ever not stylish...?" She asks with a giggle and then a shrug. "You're adorable, though. Nobody needs to take you seriously for you to go places. People who look like me? We're not adorable. That's not to say that I'm not attractive, of course, but I have a tendency to look like somebody who would snap a rabbit's neck, given the chance. We need to be doing things, all the time."

"Your nose is cute," Vara admits with a small giggle. "Flaws are in style now. People who are perfect looking, like Suzie Stockholm or Gemma Urie are going to be trying to make their nose look bigger now." She smiles. "I'm not being facetious, by the way. I mean that. Quirky is in now."
She gives a little nod and then a shrug. "I know taking care of him should seem hard, but... It was even harder to watch him kill himself slowly. This is the best alternative."
