Both were Kubrick films and both had imagery that was inseparable from their books,in spite of the imagery never appearing in the source material. Erich pretends to box his imaginary kangaroo. It'd be hilarious to know she's searching for proof of something that doesnt exist." He says this with a laugh. It's a cruel joke,but at least it'd be funny to dead Erich. "No body puts erich in a corner...i mean,I've never seen the dirty dancing movie nor cried when Patrick swayze broke the window of that 57 Chevy." Erich says in a panic with suspiciously shifty eyes.

"Excellent idea. A list. " erich takes his own little notebook out of his back pocket. " and i won't use this to steal your ideas and later pass them off as my own." He jokes to Savannah. The likelihood he would have the work ethic to even start is highly doubtful. " I find not shaving your legs really helps the hot pants pop." Erich says,sharing his secret to her. While actually having well shaped legs,his are far too hairy to look good in anything remotely feminine.

Outside erich coos over the car. "Awww. Wook at it ,it's Soooo cute. I wanna pinch it's wittle cheeks." He always liked these odd little vehicles that looked rather frog like. He gives a nod to tue driver for a greeting. " im sure it's safer than the ol land barge over there. This thing probably doesn't even leak exhaust fumes into the cabin." He says in assessment of their transportation. He himself tended to own older cars for both their styling styling and lack of electronic doo dads. The nav screen on dashboards is a personal affront to him.

The stop at a bar was a nice surprise. Hopefully she didn't challenge him to a game of pool. He was infamously bad at it. He was already running over excuses as to why he couldn't play in his head. "After a hard day in the song mines,strong drink is just what we need."

Erich chuckles at the description of the bar. "So it's cool if i just sleep it off in a bathroom stall? Perhaps play some lawn darts in the parking lot?" He asks in his jovial neighbor sort of way. " you and brandon should come visit me on the Duk. Sometime. Service is terrible,but I've got 6 bars and two casinos." Erich offers. " there is also shuffleboard. If the mood to be elderly catches us. " Erich loved his ship and would invite the world aboard if he could. To him,many of the world's issues could be resolved by a good,chemical fueled ship ride. Erich gingerly takes a piece of ice from the bucket and spins it on the table. " Yup. We deserve this bit of downtime. People don't appreciate the effort It takes to birth a song. The lamaze classes alone are exhausting." Erich sighs,now using the ice to grace a picture of a willy with it's water trail. " be glad you date a musician . I tell ya,outsiders swear we never work."

Erich props his head on his hand and watches the interaction of Savannah and Emily. It makes him smile warmly. Most of his interactions with bar staff are slightly combative. Each drink ordered should be a battle of will. At least as far as grumpy bartenders in seedy places are concerned. " whisky straight for me,please.. Top shelf,bottom shelf,scraped off the floor. Doesnt matter." He says cheerfully. Erich didn't mind labels on his alcohol...except for absinthe. He'd deck you if you offered him Hills or most anything else that was Czech.
