Then perhaps too much shampoo is used or something? Especially if it's shampoo/conditioner, I hear overuse of that can make hair greasy.. idk, don't ask me, I'm not Lewis :P |

AJ, there's an invention called dry shampoo, you could take that camping with you, it's what I use if I ever go :P It's like £2 odd a can from Boots or wherever and lasts a long while, and smells quite nice! Though your friends may think you're ridiculous for using it, I dunno...
As for shampoo designed for greasy hair - wrong - it doesn't work. It's just a stronger cleanser, thus drying out the hair more when you wash it, and generally leaving the surface of the hair rougher, which really isn't healthy as after repeated use you'll probably find it'll break off.
Fact is, teenagers have scalp which produces oil at a more prolific rate, and no shampoo can stop what happens underneath the skin. You can damage your scalp by overly drying it out, which will in turn actually, cause it to produce even more oil to relubricate it.
So bottom line is, shampoo designed for "greasy/oily" hair is generally useless, and I'd even go as far to say as any salon ones (rare though they are) for this condition are also. You can't stop your body.
You can however, keep your hair clean however much you want. I wash my hair once a day. Some people tell you it's unhealthy, but really, who cares. It's all about what makes you happy... Hair loss occurs anyway in later life, rumours about "over-washing" your hair or not. |

Ooooh, I may look to invest in some of that :) Thankyouu I think you should make a little thread where you could just answer peoples questions about hair, it would be HUGELY succsessful, seeing what a vain bunch we are (as proved by the fact we have a photo thread and its like the most succsesful thread in the forum :P) Also, I'd just like to make it clear before everyone thinks im some sort of tramp, I don't walk around with greasy hair, only in mornings :P & I never understood how washing your hair could be unhealthy, but hey your the expert. I cant imagine my hair falling out, ive got such long hair, I'd look really weird. 0.0 |

Hahah probably I should make that, I think this already IS more hair thread than photo thread ;P
And yeahh but you don't really have to worry about hair loss until you hit around 40 anyway, which is the only time you'll see effects, if any, which aren't to do with hereditary balding patterns. |

Both photos are a little different to how i look now, my hair is longer, straighter (naturally so, I don't even know how to use straighteners) and better cared for these days. I've also darkened it to a nice shiny black. I'll try get some more updated pics later if I remember. Lewis is cute, But this guy is sexy, I like his bad boy look.

Oh yes boys and girls, it's time for a picture of Thorgrim.... I did take some precautions to make sure my friend on the right and yours truly on the left would stay anonymous (kinda).

So I heard the photo thread recently got resurrected, and lo and behold I had a haircut recently, so it's only nice to share! I'm a tad bored of being white blonde now, and I'm thinking of going bright red now though, thoughts? |
