How nice huh? So the first cool thing I have to tell you all is that I have a new single coming soon. You may remember a few weeks back I talked about doing a couple of summer singles, as collaborations with other artists. Well we finished work on the first of those singles today, with the lovely, and so nice Hannah Beth. Really, what an amazing girl she was to work with. I think I love her (don't worry Hannah, not in that way haha). She was just so easy going, and so happy to help all the time. A total pleasure :) We recorded a song which we haven't titled yet, and it'll be out in the next couple of weeks. So look out for more news on that one pretty pretty soon :) Also, there is still another awesome collaboration to come :) I took a photo of recording, but it came out all fuzzy lol. Anyway, this was Hannah today. Next piece of news....I'll let this picture do the talking actually! You all know what that is right? That's me holding a guitar! I'm totally not going to dredge up the why's of it all again, but this is the first time I've had a guitar in my hand since the broken arm in late March. I suddenly feel alive again. I saw the physio this morning, and he did some tests on my arm and then told me that he thought I was ready to go back to playing my guitar again. My arm is very weak ATM, but I'd imagine I'll build up strength soon enough, and I'll be back to my best once more :P It really feels like I've grown back a lost limb...my guitar I mean. I can't wait to get back to writing guitar pieces for me to play :) And finally on the news front tonight, tomorrow I will be leaving California. I have been staying with my amazing friend Mandy Williams for the past few weeks, but I'm moving to somewhere a lot more serene and peaceful, where I can make my new album, and just relax for a while, before the Euro tour. That place is a little ranch I bought in Austin Texas. It doesn't have horses and cattle, but it does have a nice space where we can set up some recording equipment, and nothing for miles around, so I can totally relax in the sun! And also, Andrea lives near, so she can come to visit whenever she wants :) So yeah, that's the big update! As you can tell, I am doing well, and long may that continue. I can feel it all drain away....no more stress and worries haha. I could be sooo happy here. Hopefully the equipment will be going in soon. It'll be all top of the range stuff. I have so much cash to burn considering I've hardly ever bought anything. So why not use it for something worthwhile huh? haha. I certainly will give you a call. It's so massive inside. It has 8 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as 2 extra en-suite bathrooms lol. I have like 4 acres of land out back as well, with fields, and a little creek. Cost me not far off a million dollars lol. But like I say, that's what happens when you never buy stuff...the cash just builds up. The other picture, which isn't of the house or the creek is me, settling in. I feel so happy and relaxed here.
