Gemma looked up, hearing slightly raised voices and saw Bikki, Joshy, Mikki and Chris, amongst others, gathered around one of the larger tables in the pub. It looked serious. For that reason alone, should would have avoided going over and getting involved, but today she felt sick and was still trying to get one of these songs finished. She shifted in her seat, sure a more serious argument was about to kick off, and withdrew into the corner, shifting her seat to the other side so her back was to the group, hoping it would stop anybody seeing her.

A moment later, her phone vibrated on the table. She looked at it.
"You feeling any better? x" She smiled. Billy.
"Not really! x", she tapped back.
"You want me to come get you? xx"
"No, not just yet. Maybe later? In an hour or two? x"
"Okay, will do. I love you xx"
She paused, before replying. Thinking hard. Finally she tapped a reply.
"I love you, too x"

Then she put the phone down, and continued writing.

Mikki was playing the audio tapes back.

Mikki : Someone has to suffer. And that's Chris. Are you going to tell Jimmy whose it is?
Bikki : No, because he'll know already that it's his.
Mikki : Balls.
Bikki : I'm telling you, my baby is my fiancé's. What you and Roxy overheard was nothing. NOTHING!

Mikki : Let's wind back a bit, shall we?

Joshy : Have it, don't have it, it's your call.
Bikki : Have it.
Joshy : I want to as well, but isn't this a bit - dangerous? Jimmy.
Bikki : Screw Jimmy.
Joshy : You should.
Bikki : I should, you're right. This is wrong ....

The tape stops and switches into F47 recording "Comatose". Bikki laughs.
Bikki : That's all you've got? A picture that hardly relates to anything, and some random discussions? That's not proof, Mikki, that's bollocks!
Chris : Hang on, hang on. WHAT were those first words I heard?
Mikki : Let's get back to the task in hand. These things prove that, at the very least ....
Chris : "Someone has to suffer. And that's Chris." From my own girlfriend's mouth. Surely you'd be the one to disagree with me "suffering", Misty Moo?
Mikki walks out of TDB.
Roxy : Poor Mikki. She'd have her proof if we hadn't recorded "Comatose" over ....
Bikki : Over WHAT, Roxy? Over empty tape? Over mildly suggestive talking? Because that's all she's missed out on!

Joshy : I'm sorry, Rox, but Bikki needs me, the babies ....
James : Sorry to interrupt. Look at me, Joshy.
Joshy turns round, looking at James, who takes his sunglasses off to reveal his bright green eyes, a genetic mutation. They bare into Joshy.
James : Bikki's babies need their true father. And though you want it to be, that isn't you. Roxy needs her true twin brother living with her. And that IS you. I'm not saying you shouldn't be around Bikki, that you shouldn't be a friend to Bikki. But this is ridiculous. You're probably making Jimmy jealous of you, because you're with Bikki all the time. He isn't. He's engaged to her, she's had one child with him, and she's carrying two more. Don't you think that he should be the one living with her?
James turns to Bikki.
James : Bikki. Take care of yourself, and Timo, above anyone else - the children should come first - but also, look after Jimmy. He's a fragile guy, just off drugs, and could slip back any minute. Especially if he finds out that people have been saying that these babies aren't his.
Roxy : But what if they aren't?
James : Shut up, I'm talking!
Roxy : OK, Jeremy Kyle.
James : Roxy, you did NOT have any hand in conceiving these children, and I know you're annoyed with Joshy and Bikki but this isn't the way to go about showing it!
Col, Katie, Molly and Su start clapping.
Katie : WHOA this could sell! :D

Billy walks into TDB with a mystery blonde, who was wearing a short denim skirt and a low cut vest top and knee high boots. He orders a beer for himself and a white wine spritzer for her and sat down at a table near the front.
The woman flicks her hair and begins to talk to him in a low whisper.
"So... you and Gemma are back on? I mean... properly back on?
"Yeah," he whispered. "Sorry. I know you don't like it, but..."
"Is she scared?" the girl asked, studying him intently. "Are you?"
Billy looked confused.
"No, why would we be?"
"After what happened before?" She asked.
"That won't happen again!" Billy insisted, "I'll make sure of it. This time everything will be okay, I know it will".
"Who are you trying to convince, Billy? Cos it sure as hell ain't working on me! You two will NEVER work. You can have as many kids as you like, you can try as many times as you like, you two just aren't meant to be. How long will it take you to realise this?!"
"Look, okay, I knew you wouldn't be happy about it, but I thought you could at least try to be happy for me! I thought you could at least pretend to be. You can say what you want, but I do love her. Maybe it's not always perfect but we will make it work because I will always love her, and we want to be together. Please try to understand. Please support me".

Col tapped Joshy on the back and whispered.
Col : Hey look, hot one.
Joshy : Hey look, Billy Maddison.
Bikki, Chris, Col, Joshy, Molly and Su looked over at Billy and the mystery blonde.
Molly : Has Mikki coloured her hair while she's been away and come back? Because I'm sure those clothes are in her wardrobe.
This was NOT what Chris wanted to hear. At least he wasn't with Briskett, that's a plus point. And he was talking about Gemma, another point up. But the Mikki dressalike - what if there was something going on here? What if he was cheating on Gemma .... again?
Joshy turned to Bikki, for a hushed conversation.
Bikki : New 147% theory?
Joshy : Yes, but - well, yes.
Bikki rolled her eyes and turned round to talk to James and Katie. She had growing belief in too many of these theories - she didn't want to hear another one.

The blonde leant across the table and placed her carefully manicured hand on Billy's.
"You don't have to do this, you know. You can come home with me. We can be happy again, like how it used to be. Why are you here anyway?"
Billy raised his gaze and looked her in the eye. His bright blue eyes burned into hers.
"I don't want to go "home". This is my home. Gemma is my home. I'm happy with her". He raised his eyebrows, a sign that he was telling the truth, and moved his hand from underneath hers.
"You weren't "happy with her" a few weeks ago, a few months ago..." she pressed.
Billy sighed, rolled his eyes and bit his lip, obviously annoyed.
"Don't. Just don't. That's all in the past. It's not who I am, it's not who I want to be. I'm gonna start afresh with Gemma. For our baby".
"A baby doesn't solve everything. You say the love is there, but is the attraction? You wouldn't cheat if there was. Neither would she".
With that, the blonde flicked her hair over her shoulder again and stood to totter off on her high heels to the toilet, swaying her hips as she went. Billy watched her leave, thinking about the last thing she said, before sitting back, running his hands through his hair.
This is gonna be harder than I thought

Abbi came back from the toilets, flirting with random men in the pub as she made her way back to the seat. Billy rolled his eyes as he watched her.
"What's wrong with you?" she asked, smiling as she sat down.
"I'm watching you make an embarrassment of yourself"
"Embarrassing myself? What? Because men actually find me attractive?"
"No, because you're seeking attention all the time!" Billy said, shaking his head in disbelief. "I mean look how you dress, how you're acting - I mean, are there seriously any man in here right now that you think could be the right one? No. But you'll keep on searching for attention from them anyway".
"You're one to talk! What is the whole thing with Gemma if it's not attention seeking?" Abbi shot back.
"How do you figure that one out?" Billy asked, beginning to get annoyed - again.
"Oh, look at me, dating this girl who is some big star in the UK, oh look she's now pregnant, now we're engaged, oops, now we've broken up. Hang on, no, we're back together, then I cheated on her and now we've split... now we're back together, we've set a date for the wedding, now I've found out she's cheated on me and we've split. Oh, good news, we're back together again... did I miss anything out? Oh, yeah, I've kept up to date with it all - its not like you tell me anything anymore!"
"Because look how you react when I do! I'm obviously not gonna get through to you! I think I'm just gonna go, Abs." Billy got up, ready to leave, running a hand down his stomach, straightening his shirt.
"No. I'll leave. You've obviously made up your mind and nothing I'm gonna say is gonna change it, is it?"
Billy shook his head.
"It's what I want," he said quietly. "I'm sorry, but that won't change".
"Then I hope you know what you're letting yourself in for. I can't stick around to see you with her. She's not for you. I know it, and one day you will too. You'll come back home in tears. When that day comes, I'll try not to say I told you so", she replied, also standing, sticking her chest out for all the men present to see.
"Well, if it does - which it won't - just say you'll be there for me", Billy whispered, "'cos I'd need you".
"I'll try. I can't promise anything, but I'll try. I'll be seeing you, Billy. I'll miss you, stay in touch".
With that, Abbi kissed Billy on the cheek and pulled him into a deep hug. He wrapped his arms around her small frame in a bear hug and squeezed her tight.
"I'll miss you, too. I wish it didn't have to be this way", he said into her ear.
"Good luck, B" and with that Abbi walked out of TDB, where to, Billy did not know. He felt a pang of regret and sat down, taking big gulps out of his beer glass.

Isabel: Its true. He just wants her to have the best things in life. She's not very good at picking boyfriends sometimes. I think she's all about looks but i prefer someone who's sweet and intelligent. Even if he's the ugliest guy in the world.
