I would like to formally apologise for any pshychological pain I may have caused you. I would never hurt you, and did not intend to scare you. My outburst yesterday was only a result of poor emotional management on my part. I never have invaded your privacy. Once again, I would never hurt you; I eventually dealt with Callum equitably yesterday, apologising; even though he clearly wanted to fight me. I knew how much you'd hate it if there was a fight over you. Once again, I am truly sorry, and hope you forgive me. I will never speak of you again if that's what you want.

It's just ... I've had a bad experience in a past relationship and this kind of brought it all back to me. I'm sorry for being so freaked by your passion for me but if you knew about what happened last time I dated someone then you'd maybe understand. We're ok.
