A few people at the bar scream and remove themselves from the situation. The barman shouts at Billy and Kegan, warning them that they had to break it up but Billy doesn't care. Instead, he starts to punch Kegan's face repeatedly. "Don't fuck with me!"

It's clear that his injury is more serious than expected. He didn't react to Kegan's kicks not because he gave up, but because he didn't have the ability and power to as the injury is so severe. Billy clears his throat and speaks softly. "Ke..Kegan..."
