cos everybody needs somebody
no matter who they are Jake's debut offering comes in the form of a dance laden track with big beats and a euphoric ambient feel around the whole track that will go down well in the clubs, Jake says "This track came about while talking to friends, how they sometimes feel alone and unable to talk to other friends about their thought and feelings due to different cultures and sexualities, We all assume cos we are friends that we always talk about everything but deep down it turned out we often held things back as we didn't think people would be wanting our troubles on their shoulders".
The track planned as Jake's big debut after signing a 2 album deal with ShootingStarRecords showcases his dance roots "I wanted it to be a big beat track, I could of easily of done it some big ballad or middle of the road track but thats all been done its a personal song with a message so why not hit it to the clubbers out there it may get a few to think rather than it being passed over as yet another stereotypical mushy ballad bout feelings!"
Jake continued to talk about his new single and future plans "This is just the start from me, my music is often dance orientated, some trance, ambient, laid back stuff, I'm working on the album but its a long process so we got the chance to release this as single and thought why not. I'm not rushing with the album I want it to feel right, Ideally I'd love to work with Buzz & Hype they massive at the moment and their remixes have been amazing but we shall have to wait and see and if anyone else wants to work with me contact me"Jake'JR'Richards - Everybody out to download August 28th on your radio from August 14th |

Jake: Hey guys how you all been doing??, Hope you are all good!!. I've been busy working in the studio and can official reveal I've finished the album (insert applause), butttt you got little bit longer to wait for it (insert boos and hisses). I'm just putting a few final touches to it and hopefully you will be hearing it before the end of the year if all goes to plan or at latest the start of 2012!!. I've been so happy with the response to 'Everybody' I honestly did not expect it to reach the charts but it did and peaked at #15 and has sold over 400,000 copies, way beyond my own or anyone else's expectations, so thank you xx. And so onto the new single 'Lost Love' is as different as you can expect or get from me from the dance vibe of 'Everybody' its a hearty ballad with just a piano (played by myself) and sung from the heart and I really hope you like it. It will be sent to radio for you to hear from 16th of this month and available to download 3 weeks later on the 6th November. Here it and I hope you enjoy it xx Lost Love
