Sophie smiles and pulls herself up to sit on the bed. "Logan is make mommy's belly big," she laughs and covers her face. She smiles when she is asked about her grandparents. "I love grandma and grandpa," Sophie says with her sweet little smile.

Sophie hugs Gia. "Awww mommy you such a sweet girl," she says, making Scott laugh a little under the covers. When she mentions Scott, Sophie looks up at her. "Daddy is coming home soon mommy?" she asked. Sophie had missed Scott a lot in the last few weeks.

Sophie listens to Gia's promises about Scott, but even for a little kid like her they were getting hard to believe. He had been gone for weeks and to Sophie it seemed like he would never come back. She laughs when Gia tickles her, trying to get away. When she's laughing, Scott sits up so he's sat behind them both. "Hi princess!" he says cheerfully.

Scott smiles when Sophie turns and calls his name, giving her a big hug when she leaps at him. "Hey, Soph! Did you miss me?" He smiles but then feels incredibly guilty when he looks down and sees her confused little face looking back at him. "Daddy's a very silly man who went away to work for too long Soph," he says sadly. "I'll be here with you girls and mummy all the time now. I promise," he says, hugging her again. "I missed you all so much," he says quietly.

Scott laughs. "Did I bring you a present? I did, but it's in my suitcase right now, sweetie," Scott says. "You can have it soon though, ok?" He chuckles an gently rubs her back, nodding at what Gia says. "Yeah, daddy will always be here for you, princess." When Gia leaves, Scott looks down at Sophie. "So what have you been up to in Canada? Are you having fun?"

Scott laughs when she comments on his hair. He nods. "I do. Do you like it? Soon you'll have long hair like mommy and daddy as well, huh?" He says, ruffling her hair, which was getting quite long. He nods at her interpretation of Gia's parents, which was almost exactly what he would have said about them. "They're funny aren't they princess. They are very nice people though. They love you both a lot. And they love mommy a lot." He smiles at her. "I know, sweetie. When I got here it was f-f-f-f-f-f-freeeeeeezing," he says, shivering to make her laugh. "And we don't want you looking like a little smurf do we?"

Scott smiles at her. "Your hair will be long and pretty Soph. I bet you wanna........dye it green and purple!" he jokes with her. Scott laughs at her again. "I think that's because they're Ca-na-dian," Scott says with a laugh. "Can you say Canadian? Mommy is Canadian too but she must have been living in America too long." Scott chuckles, watching her reactions. He shivers again. "I'm cold because it's f-f-f-freeeezing," he repeats. "I'm gonna freeze Soph, heeeelp!" He laughs. "You wanna dress up as a smurf for your birthday? I think you have to ask the boss," he says.

Scott laughs at her. "We can shave it too, right, sweetie? Like a little punk?" he laughs. "Close enough, Soph. Close enough. It is funny, that's why grandma grandpa and mommy are so silly," he jokes. When she hugs him, Scott pretends to squeeze her tight. "That's better Soph, I'm warm now. Ok....you ask her, princess."

Scott looks up when Gia comes in and smiles, stroking Sophie's hair. "She was just telling me about the plans for her birthday," Scott says, chuckling softly.

Scott laughs at her. "Shave, like cut all your hair off so it's short again." He laughs and pretends to cut her hair, using his fingers as scissors. He lays back down when she goes to talk to Gia about the party.

He laughs again when she argues about getting ready for bed and smiles at Gia. "Sophie listen to your mother," he says mockingly when she speaks back to Gia. Scott watches them both - it was always cute to him how Sophie and Gia reacted, because Sophie never tried to win over Gia with her big old eyes like she did to Scott. She obviously knew he was the weak one compared to Gia and that she could get what she wanted from him. "I had the covers over me, that's not naked," he laughs.

Scott laughs. "Yeah she basically talks nearly perfectly now. What about my other princess, has she learned anything more than Soapy yet?" He laughs and shakes his head. "What really? She thought you ate him? I hope you didn't tell her how he really got in there," he chuckles, getting up and putting his jeans back on again. "What are you talking about? I had the cover wrapped around myself."
