The Nimrods wrote:Thorgrim wrote:Not enough CURLS and MULLETS here. you're trapped in the 80's/90's It's hair. Trying to state that one hair style is "stuck in the 80s" is daft. Because its just fucking hair. I've got long, shitty curly hair. Not because I want to be throwback to David Lee Roth or Poison, but because I like having long hair. And my hair is unfortunately naturally curly. Now I could spend hours each day straightening it, but having had that tried on me once before, it stays straight for about 5 minutes before reverting to it's natural wavy state. So yeah man. IT IS HAIR. If you get your kicks from a skinhead or a daft wee fringe over your face or a massive mohawk or just short back and sides, awesome. Whatever makes you happy chief. It's just hair. |

Yeah, same here. I used to have this big ass Paul Stanley jewfro hairdo, but nowadays it's like an inch or two from my shoulders. Tried straightening it once too and that didn't really work out. The best way to make it kinda straight is to use a bit of pomade after showering and brushing it. That said, Dennis Stratton (ex-MAIDEN guitarist) used to have the coolest hair ever:

old.gregg wrote:Oh awesome!! Haha. Like Bikz, I can't imagine you with a mohawk I can't imagine it either. I wouldn't mind going for a fauxhawk, having the middle in a different colour, that would be quite neat, but I couldn't do the full-on shaved head. Edited by user 05 May 2009 01:36:02(UTC)

Mine seemed more Travis Barker-ish in the sense the weight of my hair just made it flop forward slightly :P |

Faux-hawks should be a criminal offence. Really.
Either go the whole way and look awesome, or don't. Grrrrrrrr |

An Englishman, Irishman and a Scotsman all walk into a bar, the barman shouts: "What the hell is this? Some kind of a joke?" I had a mohawk once...a proper mohawk, dyed purple (I was supporting my g/f's netball team), not this shitty fauxhawk thing going around. Thats just horrible. The only other person who I can think has hair that rivals Buzzo is another ugly SOB...Napalm Death's Shane Embury. |
