Some time later, Kellin is in the back of a rather fancy looking cab. It almost has the feel of a limo, he had shelled out so much in a bid to impress Ansley. When the car pulls up in front of her hotel, he takes a deep breath before getting out, making sure to take the bouquet of flowers he had bought, a mix of pink and purple blooms, from the front seat. After asking the reception where he could find Ansley, he gets in the elevator to her floor. When he steps out and sees her door, his nerves kick in again big style. This time, he uses the camera of his phone to check his appearance before he takes a last deep breath and knocks on the door quietly, excited to see her again at last.

When Ansley answers the door, Kellin gets a little flutter of butterflies in his stomach and he smiles widely at her. She looked absolutely stunning in his eyes. "Hey. Long time no see," he says to her, leaning forward to politely kiss her cheek. He steps into the room when she steps aside. "How have you been Ms superstar?" he asks with a cheeky smile, feeling much more relaxed now he was actually here.

Kellin wondered if he had been too quick with the kiss on the cheek, but he tried not to dwell on it. She hadn't slapped him anyway. He smiles and nods. "I've been great yeah. Pretty busy you know, but managing it alright." He nods. "Oh yeah, I hired a driver. With a hat and everything. I felt so posh." Kellin chuckles before realising he's still holding the flowers. "Oh! I brought you these as well. I'm not Morrisssey," he smiles. "I hope you like them."

Kellin chuckles and shrugs. "Hey if this date had been in Chicago, I'd have built a pillow fort in my apartment and invited you in there to watch his some movies...but this is Hollywood. I had to go all out," he teases. Kellin smiles when she compliments the flowers. "Awesome. It took me like an hour to pick the right ones," he chuckles. As she goes to put the flowers somewhere, Kellin looks around. "Nice place you got here."

Kellin shrugs. "I guess it's who I am. Hopeless romantic. I like to make gestures and stuff. I always think it's quite cool." He laughs nervously. "Nice. I share a place with my friend as well. It's like the bad part of the ghetto compared to this though."

Kellin smiles when Ansley takes his hand. It was obvious she was still a little nervous around him, but he took this as a good sign that she might like him back. He steps out of the door with her and smiles again at her compliment. "Really? And we've not even had the date yet, so it can only get better," he smiles as he points to the car. "Your carriage awaits, m'lady."

Kellin laughs a little at her question. "A surprise? Well I'm not about to pull out overnight tickets to Paris or anything," he jokes, but secretly he was worried she was used to being on dates with guys who had much more cash to flash than he did. "I was just thinking we might grab something to eat and like...bowl? I'm lame right?" He opens the car door for her, showing off the ratger flashy interior of the car that he had spent a lot hiring.

Kellin smiles as he gets into the car and sits next to Ansley. "Like I said, I'm the last of the true romantics," he chuckles before looking over at her. She really was beautiful and funny all in one. The perfect combo. "I wouldn't expect any less. I saw you play videogames, remember? You're like mega competitive. And who knows....I might let you win since you're so cute and stuff." He winks and nudges her.

"If you beat me, I might just have to accidentally lose the scorecards. You'll have no proof," he jokes. Kellin relaxes into the seat as the car pulls away. "It's not far. I think. I've never been here before." When she asks him to make a bet, Kellin sits up and smiles. He nods and holds out his pinky finger. "We got a deal Ms Bates. I hope you got a good secret though cos this just got serious," he jokes. He loved how playful and different Ansley was. She wasn't like other girls he had dated, and that was amazing to him. Kellin had never met someone so genuine and unique.

"I could think of something...but I don't think I'll have to." He sticks his tongue out at her as their car pulls up in front of what looks like a very trendy bowling alley. He opens the door and looks over at her. "Last chance to back out, Bates. Otherwise I'm gonna have to go in there and whoop your little butt at bowling," he jokes, stepping out of the car.
