Billy logs onto Twitter

"You spoke to Chris recently?"

Billy puts his phone down

"You can tell me...."

"I'll find out what happened anyway, I just have to look at Twitter"

He picks up his phone again

"Yep, I'm dm'ing him. My dad is back on the scene and if he's still there when I get out, I will fucking kill him"

Billy sits down

"He didn't care about me all those years ago, why start caring now? He's a dick. My mum couldn't cope, she was a single parent with 4 kids and was so fucking poor it was unbelievable. I was a terror when I was little, I actually got sent to a children's home because my mum was so stressed out and couldn't cope. My dad left with almost everything and just left us all behind. If I see him again, he's dead"

"A pretty crap father. I raised myself, I know I'm a bit rough round the edges but I think I did a fairly good job. I didn't need him then and I don't need him now"

He looks down and bites his bottom lip, about to cry

Serenity covered her mouth. She felt really bad for him.

"Aw, its okay."

She gave him a friendly hug to cheer him up.

"He may not have been the best father, but I'm sure you'll learn from him and you'll be a great father to Daniel."

Serenity tried not to cry herself. She had never seen Billy so emotional before. He was usually mean and grumpy in Serenity's eyes.

"Aww, what happened? Why did you guys split?"

She looks down, feeling bad.

"This is all my fault... I should have never told you anything about being able to go on Twitter."

Nichole walked out into the garden to light up another cigarette. Not that she wasn't enjoying the fact that she could smoke inside now as well, but sometimes it's nice to have a reason for going outside.

erica uses the her reflection in the toaster to touch her lipstick up. she whistles as she mixes up some mojitos and brings one to nichole. she assumed serenity didnt drink,so she just nods as she passes by. "here you go,fresh from my kitchen to yours." erica looks up at the sky for a second,then asks "wait,you arent out here for a reason are you? i hate trying to be alone and people just keep bugging you."

erica sips her drink. " you're very welcome.i ask because i'd hate to wear out my welcome.this house is only so big,and i'd hate to get on nerves.... i have a thing about having my throat cut by a mojito glass i filled."
