"After completing my debut album, 'Crash Course Dummy', I already had a pretty clear vision of what I wanted my next project to be. At the time, I wanted to call it something like 'SHE' and I had planned to express myself in a more feminine way. I told myself I'd stop getting haircuts so I could have long hair on the album cover. I even had a direction for the music already, knowing that I wanted to explore a more electronic sound." Dae reveals while teasing his upcoming album. "In the last 5 years, I've taken my time really bringing that vision to life. A lot of details have changed since I've started writing and recording but at it's core, I understand exactly what the vision was challenging me to do and why I've been given the mission to bring it to life. It's funny because now when you look at the state of the world and how much of a triggering topic gender identity has become in the last 5 years, it almost looks like I'm making music to capitalize off of what's going on right now politically. The truth is, my vision was prophetic. Somehow I knew that the sophomore album I had dreamed up in my head all those years ago would be exactly what the world needed to hear today. It reminds me that as a musician, I am truly just a messenger of the universe. I'll do whatever it takes to stay true to that mission, even if it means taking my time when others say I should hurry up. My art comes naturally to me and you cannot rush nature."

Joshua: The way this song just invented human rights!! I know just how long you've spent on this forthcoming project. It has been a long time coming getting this off the ground and it's rather bittersweet to say that the fucked up state of the world has now aligned with your messages. Truly believe that people need to hear things like this now more than ever.
