"Immune" is a song recorded by Stephanie Fierce and Jakey Comatose for her fourth studio album 'Newborn'.

Stephanie Fierce shared on her site that apart from "Cruxificion on an Innocent (Suffer)", "Immune" was her favorite song off the "Newborn" album. Critics have compared the song to "Time after Time" by Cindy Lauper & Rob Hyman, claiming it has the same sort of presence, despite it being musically different.

After exclusively hearing about the concept of the album, Jakey Comatose who was very ill, was interested in doing a duet with Stephanie Fierce.

"After hearing that Jake was very ill, I payed him a visit. When I saw him, I almost didn't recognize who he was. It's just sad to talk about. He was always such a strong person. The fact ,he had interest to work on my new album, was an honor. He claimed to be a "fierce" fan, and I always found that to be so sweet. It breaks my heart, that we didn't get to premiere the song Live, like I originally wanted. But, I'm just grateful that we had the chance to pour our hearts into the music. "Immune" was composed and produced by both Stephanie Fierce and Jakey comatose at the Abbey Road Studios in London, England in June 2010, where "The Beatles" recorded.
The song was recorded in the form of a full blown live instrumentation/orchestration.

"Oh we poured our hearts into this one. That's for sure. This record plays towards our strenghts as vocalists."

The song will be released to mainstream radio worldwide on April 17, 2011 (a week earlier than originally planned). A music video was flimed on March 20, 2011, (confirmed via Stephaniefierce.com). The video will be released sometime in May.
