Well its all going downhill! Junction just announced that they were dropping us from the label. They gave us the most bull shit option ever. They said either kick out Nicole or leave the label. So I chose to leave the label. I cant leave Nicole. She is like my sister. So right now we dont have a label and im pretty damn sure every label out there has us on their shit list. So looks like we will be independent for awhile plans for the album are still in tact and "When All Else Fails... Run" will still be out on June 25th. Once again sorry for all this shit and thanks for the support. Nicole will be releasing a statement later today.

Ok so through all this crazy shit thats happened today we are signed again! But this time to a new up and coming record label called Hacylon Records! We are very happy to be apart of this new label and would like to thank them for picking us up through this crazy ass time! Also within the next few hours Nicole will be releasing a statement. And Ryan I saw your tweet about how we just comited career suicide. I dont think we have because we are going to keep going

Hey guys its Nicole. Looks like its time for me to give a statement. Ok well first off I really would like to apologize to the fans and anyone who looks up to me. I feel bad on that part. Id like to apologize to my former label Junction Records for being a let down. To my band mate Matt because he spent a shit load of money to bail me out and he was right in the middle of everything. I want to apologize to the fans again. I hope you guys aren't giving up on us. So this is what happened. If you guys remember on twitter I was talking to Katie and she was saying how she isnt able to leave the hotel and all of this stuff. Well I tweeted her and said that the media would jump on anything and I tweeted to Chaos saying I have a big lesbian crush on Katie to try and make her laugh and cheer up and to get Chaos to take the attention away from her for awhile. Well Katie obviously didnt find it to funny, snapped and all hell broke lose. She started telling people that im a bitch, that I would wrestle in rancid cream corn(Which i still dont understand) and dropped off of the "Just Another US Tour" apparently because of me? Wel my theory is she has a lesbian crush on me and gets horny every time she see's me and couldnt take it anymore and left. Well today she was still calling me a bitch, telling me to fuck off, and saying I wouldnt do anything. So I drove down to her little Motel 6 and kicked the shit out of her(there's a video on youtube now) and bame! I end up in jail! So when I called Matt he came right over. He was on the phone when he first walked in and he was talking to Jake from Junction. He bailed me out and told me that we've been dropped from the label. So from there it seemed all downhill. Then we got an offer from Hacylon Records I believe they are called. And I was thinking ok cool maybe things will start to pick up. Then! Katie sayed I attacked her! No obviously I didnt attack her. She fought back(Not very well I might add) so im pretty sure I didnt attack. Well anyway. The single will still be out Sunday and the album will still be out on June 25th. Thanks guys for the love and support and sorry if you pretty much have given up on us.

4/28/11 Last post of the day for us! We want you guys to meet our new touring band! We are bringing back the second guitar because we did double guitar parts in our new album to get the full sound! And the touring bassist Joesph Erin will be joining us AFTER the mini tour because Nick is still with us until the Mini tour but Mike will be with us from the mini tour on! These are really good friends of ours and hope you guys give them a warm welcome!
