Lazarus [Buzz & Hype Dubstep Mix]
Description
Eric Quillington’s falsetto vocals open the song over a far more electronic piano riff; the guitar strums and then the drums and the bass kick in. A crazy 30 seconds of pure drum and bass played with the piano riff happens, which leads into MattY’s verse.
The song slows down, and then MattY starts to rap. The bass starts to get louder throughout his verse, until the chorus arrives and then all hell brakes loose. Eric’s vocals sound over an intense drum solo, with the sound of many other electronic instruments being played. This helps to create the sense of organised confusion that was portrayed in the original; it is just scaled up massively.
The chorus is repeated twice, and then the song breaks down; with the ‘wob’ sounds cutting into the music and staying for the most of the remainder of the song. The third repetition of the chorus comes around and MattY’s rapping cuts in under the chorus again.
The ‘wob’ sounds stop as a final piano riff plays the song out under MattY’s rapping of the chorus. |

Buzz & Hype at the Fabric Night ClubBuzz & Hype did 3 hours at the Fabric Night Club last night. " Well the EP is officially released today! There are only 500 physical copies and 50 of them are signed! Click here for a link to where to buy/download your copy! We are also very proud of how our first single, Buzzing is doing - selling 205,000 copies so far and reaching a high of 18th on the digital downloads chart! Hyped Up comes out on 27/5/11! "WOW! This one has just snook up on us; it looks like the second single is out on the 25th [wednesday]! We know that they are very close together, but we thought that there is not really much point in spreading them out an awful lot because they are only from a very small debut EP. We still think you should be buying it though! Even if you have already bought the EP!
We can also announce that we are doing a few more nightclub sessions, these start on Friday and end next friday! We wont really be around much next week due to these clubbing sessions and also because we are already starting work on the second EP, wich we can tell you will be out late next month! It isn't very long, only another 4-6 songs; but we can tell you that there will be at least two features on that track! We are also doing a bit of sampling of a pretty big name in one of the tracks! Can't wait!"

Description
The rapped vocals blast out over a very simple acoustic sounding guitar. The last syllable of every line is in-sync with a drum beat.
The last line of the first verse arrives and the rappers voice is distorted and a heavy drum beat kicks in. After around 30 seconds of intense drumming and some crazy bass, the ‘wob’ sounds arrive.
The second verse is much livelier and has a real club type vibe to it. The lyrics are exactly the same as the first verse’s, but it has a very different feel to it. The song feels a lot faster at this point, but actually the lyrics are going at exactly the same pace; the music just helps to speed the song up.
Just before the last line, the music grinds to a halt, and then the last line is said. |

"We have been incredibly busy over the past week - that is why we havent been able to update you guys on what we have been doing. Done gigs in clubs all over the country every night since the EP was released. And we intend to keep going.
Also, we have started production and recording for the next EP. It will be out by the end of this month. We have a single sorted for it as well - we only intend to have one single from this EP. After that is sorted, i think we may make a start on an album!
We would like to announce that our friend Lucifer will again be joining us on a track, along with PostScript! Also, we have decided that we are gonna use a more authentic sound for the drums on this EP, to see how it looks, so we have recruited drummer Stevie Moxey - he has worked with mainstream rapper MattY in the past.
In other news, we are flying out to LA on tuesday to help ELECTRODEATH with a few tracks on their album!!!!! And that is all from us!"

"Right, so after spending what felt like years on an aeroplane we have landed in the strange lands of America, and more specifically LA. It was the first time either of us have left the country and to have been brought over to work with one of the biggest electronic bands around is just a tiny bit crazy! This place is so hot, neither of us had any idea of what to expect, so we have come in all the wrong clothes! But we'll be inside a studio tomorrow so it'll be fine!
We aren't here for long, we will need to be getting back to the UK to promote our next EP; Which we can now announce will be called the Fast and Furious EP. We will be releasing one single from it, and that features PostScript! More details on the track will be released very soon!"
