First off, you might not have asked for controversy but maybe your singer positioned herself in a way that controversy was bound to come sooner or later. Secondly, if you think anyone that was ever in PANIC! are sellouts, you are respectfully very wrong. And I do believe many others would disagree with you on that statement. Lastly, I guess we do differ in that sense. I remember when I was starting out, I was hungry. I was ready to take the world by storm.

RyanRossHernandez: Exactly, you didn't expect to get like that, yet that's what came. I didn't leave PANIC! to go mainstream. PANIC! was already a mainstream band when I left. Again, I left PANIC! because it was the natural thing to do. I wanted to start making music my way, without having to hear the input of five other people. Because I didn't want my three or four years with the band to define my career for the future. I didn't want to make alternative/pop-rock music anymore. I wanted to make blues music. I wanted to incorporate as many sounds as possible, and write the songs I wanted to write and I wanted to sing. A lot of people mistake me for being the leader of PANIC!, but I never was. Ashley Perry was always the face of the band. I perfectly understand that. A lot of people mistake me for being a hit-maker when I'm not. I don't make songs as catchy as Stephanie Fierce or Miss Vanity. I don't have twenty number-one hits. I just have a massive loyal fanbase that buys my music without caring about the singles chart.

RyanRossHernandez: @MattSS Everyone has their opinion, and maybe one day I'll tell my whole story. I can see how being someone who doesn't know me would think I have a stick up my ass, especially with the music I make. I think people can tell you that I'm pretty funny guy, who's even done stand-up in the past. I always seem pissed, really? Again, you do not know me well. I tend to save my humor and happiness for human interaction not over Twitter. I don't tweet every single event in my life as it happens. Thanks, but no thanks. I've stopped smoking weed like five years ago, and even when I did it was occasional use. I don't need to kill off any of my brain cells anymore. You'll see when your my age, when your 31 years old that you don't really need weed to feel chilled out anymore.

RyanRossHernandez: @MattSS Better than everyone? No not at all. I do think I'm more mature than some that's natural because maturity comes with age. If you looked around a bit more you would know that is not completely true, you'll find others around my age.

Stephanie Fierce: I don't care if my music's catchy or not. You could never define me as an artist. And I'm not some tribute artist unlike many people my age. I always do my own thing. So I'll keep making my #1 hits. At least my songs will be remembered as far back as Hot Shot feat. The Rockers.
