Good afternoon/morning/evening/night, whichever applies to your region of the planet...I need an opinion or 7...

The votes are all in. Some of the were bollock hair close, so my question is this. Would people like to know runners up at the ceremony, or just winners? I would only announce one runner up then the winner, so 2nd and 1st essentially.

I have no strong opinion on whether or not their should be runner-ups, but if the mass majority like them then do it. I do like the sig banners idea much though, haven't really had those since like two or three birdies ago.
