“This song is almost like after the war is over, what’s gonna be left of the world. There may be nothing or anyone left. It’s just going to be another day passing by. It also can be used in a love sense. When everything is gone, what is there really to live for?” Following the release of her album, Lily releases one more single from the album. Another Day is Over is portrayed as a love song but can also have other meanings. This song has an eerie and spooky feeling to it. Lily’s voice is almost haunting and death like with a little bit of soul to it. She sings about pain and hurt of someone you love leaving you or being alone. She vocalizes in this song throughout it and at the end. The instruments used in this song are guitar, piano, and the flute. Lyrics
