I got back last night from the clinic. I am feeling sooo much better about things now. I think i am starting to get over it all. They taught me how to control myself more; just breath deeper. I have been listening to a lot of chilled music over the last week, it really helps to relax me. I can't listen to my own music, it just doesn't feel right... Anyway, Growth is due out in three days now. It sounds bad to say i just want to get it over with now, doesn't it? but i do. I have decided that i'm going to take a little bit of a break from music after this album is released. I need to get myself straight without any distractions - i mean Cherise and the baby are all that matters to me now. Here is the final tracklist for Growth: 1. Close to Tears (ft. Alicia Lena) 2.
