Lulz, based on what I just posted in chat after Mattt saying that Jeffree Star retweeted him.
If you have Twitter, and you've tweeted/followed celebrities, did you get any tweets/retweets/followbacks? If so, who/what?
Mine are -
The Blackout (full band) and Snoz both retweeted a thing I wrote about TBO, and added '"I'm not fucking Bikkileaks!" was my favourite part.'
Sean Smith told me off for thinking he was in You Me At Six. (Really. I didn't. He misunderstood what I wrote.)
Elissa Franceschi retweeted something 'inspirational' I wrote about coffins full of laughing gas.
I have one verified follower. I have no idea who he is, but he's verified so he must be 'somebody'.
So, anyone else got anything like that? (BTW, if anyone's verified and wants to follow me, @BlackTeaAndSix. I don't really use it much now, but I used to be glued to it, total fangirl.) |

Example - retweeted me after I mentioned that only he could get #dogsoncoke trending
Ian Hecox from Smosh - retweeted me after I said that I'd use an Abra to teleport away from a knife wielding thug.
Drop Dead clothing - retweeted me after I said about how excited I was for their Winter 2010 range
Lee Gaze from Lostprophets - various conversations about a variety of topics
Matt Kean from Bring Me The Horizon - asked him about the best venue he's ever played, his favourite of his band's albums and also wished him a happy birthday
Hadouken! - replied to me and a friend after we were talking about if their new album would be as good as their first (they claimed it would, but it wasn't)

Jimmy Carr retweeted me once when i welcomed him to my town
Fearne cotton, quite a few times actually.
On myspace I used to regularly talk to members of Lamb of God and Trivium
My biggest claim to fame though was when on myspace I posted a comment to Alter Bridges profile, in anger that some of them were going back to Creed, and Mark Tremonti, Myles Kennedy and Alter Bridge official all replied to me on my profile hahaha

Not that big if you aren't into cartoons or in the US but James Urbianak(voice of Dr. Thaddeus Venture of The Venture Bros.!) once answered a question I asked him in a live podcast. Other than that, all my star studded moments have been RL. |

YAY! Fan girl moments :D
Considering the majority of the bands I listen too(The Cab, Anarbor, VersaEmerge) I consider my friends because 1: I have the majority of their numbers 2: We go out to dinner after shows etc. BUT i have like 2 fan girl moments where I legitimintly flipped a bitch! :D

Because I'm old school, my best claim is that I had an email discussion with Scott Ian, main song writer & guitarist of thrash metal band Anthrax. He was a lovely chap. |
