The whole arena goes dark, and the chattering of the people in the audience goes quiet. A few seconds pass, before "Citizen Erased" by Muse, the theme of the awards, plays over the PA, and a large curtain, with a snazzy design drops down, covering the stage...

Over PA: And now, ladies and gentleman, please welcome your esteemed host...give it up, all the way from the U...the S... and the A, it's Mr. Neil. P. Stinsoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooon!

Stinson appears at the top of the stairs at the back of the stage, wearing a white tux and holding a pile of cue cards, and a glass of champagne. He salutes the crowd with his glass before he downs it and throws the empty to the side stage area. He does a little jig and a skip, as he walks towards the front of the stage, where he greets the audience and waits for the cheering to die down.

Stinson: Back in the L...D...N at last! Let's hear it for London, England!! Yeah! Good evening, are you ready...for some Chaos? I said are you ready, for some Chaos?
Then ladies, gentleman, boys, girls and all other appropriate creatures, welcome.to.the.CHAOS.AWARDS NUMBER TWOOOOOOOO!

Later on, I got me two lovely ladies waiting backstage, or out there amongst you, I don't really care where they are now, as long as they get to my dressing room before I do later...Yeah? This guy knows what I'm talking about haha! But for now, let's make some winners!

When Darkness Falls - Live at the Chaos Awards II

When Darkness Falls enter the stage, all of the band but Matthew come on the stage in ordinary clothes, and Matthew Bell arrives on the stage in a black sleeveless shirt, a pink bandana and a pink tutu, much to the amusement of the crowd. The lights dim and Nigel grabs the microphone. "Wow... What the fuck is up Chaos?!"
Matthew runs around the stage playing random tunes on his guitar, Nigel grabs the microphone off of the stand. "We are When Darkness Falls, and this song is called Dying Inside These Walls"
The band play Dying Inside These Walls, Matt keeps running around the stage, messing around, causing Nigel to mess up some of his lines in the first verse by making him laugh. After the song, Matt stands on the speakers, with a microphone in his hands. "CHAOS! WE WANNA SEE YOU FUCKING MOVE!!! But... First, I'm afraid to inform you that from this moment forth, Matthew Bell, former guitarist of When Darkness Falls and Dead Roses is DEAD! From now on, you shall all recognize me as Princess Man!!! I like puppies, walks in the park, bunny rabbits, RAINBOWS and TEENAGE FEMALE INNOCENCE!!! This song is Ten Years From Now!"
Matthew and Martin grab acoustic guitars and they play the song. Afterwards, Nigel smiles and walks back to the microphone. "Thank you guys so much, this has been an amazing first televised performance for us, you guys have been great."
Matt grabs the microphone. "This song was originally made by Avenged Sevenfold!! This is Unholy Confessions!"
They play Unholy Confessions to the delight of the Avenged Sevenfold fans in the crowd. "Thank you so much for having us, enjoy the Chaos Awards!" Nigel shouts with a smile, then places the microphone back on the stand and the band exit the stage.
