When did you link up with Rel?
I met Rel in jail when he caught that murder charge awhile back remember? I used to deal with them too, record at they studio. Me and Monte Carlos..(pause) R.I.P. we had a long relationship, before he even had an record deal. In fact he was trying to get Rel to sign me but we couldn't reach an deal. Next thing you know Monte dies and ithink like 3 days later Rel called me. We finalized the deal now its time to show the world.
Do you have any kids?
Money: Yeah. I have two kids.
How old are you?
Money: I'm 24 years old.
What’s the most difficult thing that you’ve had to cope with being a new artist?
Money: You have to cope with the business part and knowing that a lot of things are about business. Making the transition between not being signed and being in the streets, and being signed and making music as a signed artist, a professional recording artist. That was a hard thing to deal with because even though I’m making music professionally, I’m in the projects every day. Even when I heard my song on the radio, I was in the projects every day. You have to learn that some things you could do before, you can’t do anymore.
The label is home to a lot of artists including Rel, Missy K.I.M, Trell, and now of course you. Do you think your debut album will get the necessary attention even with such a big roster?
Money: Yeah, I do.
Any collaborations on the album or you want it to be just you?
Money: I’m not going to go and try to get a bunch of big name ffeatures. I will have a couple of features on there though. A few artist will make apperances just to balance it out. I just got out of an meeting with the label. We got cleared for a big sample for the first single. Its going to be big.
Well who would you like to collab with?
Money: There are alot of talented artist out right now. Alica Lena, Matty, Stephanie Fierce, Trisha Jackson, and Jay-c. If I get any of those artist on the record then I'm happy.
Can we expect to hear you on future Rel projects as well?
Money: To tell you the truth, right now he's working on his album, and he want me to come lay down some material for it, but I haven't done any songs yet. *laughs* I've been in the studio recording tracks for my own project. We gone link up though.
What do you have to say to anybody who doesn't know you or your music?
Money: Its real life music. I write abpout what is happening in my life. Really just give me a chance and you gonna feel what I'm saying. I'm not just "another" rapper. I'm also an producer. I produce a majority of my own work.

Money: I just want to thank all my fans that have been following me and are waiting for my debut. I promise ya'll won't be disappointed. Memphis stand up. I got the city on my back now. I'm thinking ahead for the future. I'm unlike alot of artist. I'm very approachable and humble. So when you see me it's all good.
