Majesty Naysayer B-Star K.j Ryan Williams The Show - AAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLRRRRRRRRIIIIIIIIIIIGGGGGGGGGHHHHHTTTTTT! Welcome to series one of SATSH's Rap Battle Tournament. Are you a rapper? Do you want to rap? Do you like to diss? Do you like talking about homies, and rides, and ho's, and other shit? Then SATSH Series One is just right for you! The Rules The Basics - The show will be contested by either (sign ups depending) either 8 or 12 rappers. Your "rapper" does not have to necessarily be a rapper in their day to day life. - Contestants will be in groups of 4/6 (depending on sign ups), for the round robin stage. - Each contestant will have a rap battle against each other person in their group (3 or 5 battles depending on signups). - The panel of 5 judges will adjudicate on who has won each rap battle, based on the battle rules (outlined below). 3 points are awarded for a win, and one for a draw. If a judge's act is in a battle, they simply sit out of the adjudication. - After everyone has played all of their battles, the top two from each group advance to the semi finals (if we have 8 sign ups). If we have 12, then the top two from each group advance to the semis, and the next one from each group advances to the "lesser final". The Battles - You arrange the time and date with your opponent. Both rappers must be present at the time of the rap. - Each battle will consist of three raps per person. The person who goes first is agreed beforehand. - Each rap can be between 8 and 12 lines long ONLY. - There is to be a gap of no more than 5 minutes between your opponent posting, and you replying. This will keep people on their toes. If you dont post within the time, you lose. - Do not rap about murders. - Dissing is encouraged, a lot. - When each rapper has rapped 3 times, the panel will announce their votes, and a win will be awarded. The Judges - The panel will be made up of the 5 members of SATSH (lol) who should post here to let me know if they are in. Ta. ANY OTHER QUESTIONS FEEL FREE TO ASK. OTHERWISE.....SIGN UP SIGN UP! B-star is generally known as Bikitha "Bikki" Hetestein, but it changes its name to B-star for rap purposes so as not to taint its other music. It also somehow becomes androgynous, and speaks of itself in the third person. Just saying.
