Title: Recognise Me
Genre: Electro Pop, Dance Pop
Vocals: Joey Frankson, Tanya Stephenson, Den Walnut, Mimi Downtown, Laurence Wilson
It's About...: Getting angry with someone.
Lenght of The Song: 3:43
B-sides: Recognise Me [Buzz&Hype Remix], Recognise Me [Instrumental]
Song Fact: The song is already performed on the Generation World Tour.
Written By: Mimi Downtown, Tanya Stephenson, Laurence Wilson, Den Walnut, Joey Frankson
Produced By: Den Walnut, Laurence Wilson
Video: Coming Soon.

Brief Description: The song is definately dance song that people would dance in the discos and it's close to the House genre.
Joey and Tanya sing the first two verses in a slowlier way than the rest of the song. At the first bridge Joey sings loud on the words "Can't" and "Won't", singing normally the rest.
Then the music gets faster and they sing the chorus, keeping on the same tune for every line, except the first one sang by Den - where Den's voice gets more electronic - and the last two lines, sang in the same way of the bridge.
So the music stops and as Den starts singing his verse, it starts again, playing faster and dancier than the first two verses.
Tanya sings the bridge again, in a louder way, but still singing higher the two words "Can't" and "Won't". After another chorus, the song goes through a very electronic and dancey instrumental and the Titans sing another verse. In this new verse, Laurence sings the words "Can't" and "Won't" like in the bridge and then his voice gets robotic on the last line.
The next two choruses are more dancey and on the last verse, Tanya sings like in the bridge. As she sings the last words, the song ends.

Lyrics:

Legend: Laurence Joey Mimi Tanya Den

Recognise Me
If you think you won, you're wrong
You haven't fooled me, I'm still here
'Cause now I'm stronger
Stronger, stronger than before

And whe-whe-when you said you were true
I knew that you were lying
I'm not a fool
But it's too late now
It's late, it's late, it's late now
Don't you need to cry any crocodile tear
r

Look at me, what do you see
You can't, you won't
Recognise me

Who-ho-ho-ho-hoa
I've become a monster
Your biggest nightmare
Your darkest fear
I'm not gonna forgive ya
And you can't, you won't
Recognise me

I will make you understand
Who makes the rules here
Who's gonna lose the game and
You better don't play it with me

Look at me, what do you see
You can't, you won't
Recognise me

Who-ho-ho-ho-hoa
I've become a monster
Your biggest nightmare
Your darkest fear
I'm not gonna forgive ya
And you can't, you won't recognise me

Oh, oh, yeah
Oh, oh, yeah

You will forget what I've used to be
And you will escape, you will run away
'Cause you can't, you won't
Recognise me

Who-ho-ho-ho-hoa
I've become a monster
Your biggest nightmare
Your darkest fear
I'm not gonna forgive ya
And you can't, you won't
Recognise me

Who-ho-ho-ho-hoa
I've become a monster
Your biggest nightmare
Your darkest fear
I'm not gonna forgive ya
And you can't, you won't
Recognise me

Who-ho-ho-ho-hoa
I'm not gonna forgive you
And you can't, you won't
Recognise me

Sounds like:

We are really happy to announce that we have signed Ellie-Grace. She is an incrediby talented artist, and I am quite sad to say that it wasn't actually me that found her. She completely missed my radar - the same cannot be said for some other men... Anyway, i am quite pleased to announce that a good friend of mine - Damion Holmes - found Ellie and gave me a call, and now she is signed with us on a one album deal, with the ability to go up to a second album at any point. Good luck Ellie!

Elizabeth-Grace Summers (born July 2, 1992) is a American singer-songwriter from Tennessee. Born and raised in Brentwood, Tennessee to parents Patti and Gregory, her parents struggled to find work throughout Ellie‘s childhood, her father worked on a production line at a local warehouse briefly but lost his job due to the economic downfall in Brentwood at the time and the family struggled to provide for the following eight years. She has one younger brother and one younger sister, Chris (16) and Zoey (12), she is very close to her siblings and other family members.

A fairly quiet child, Ellie was often taunted for her shyness and she kept herself to herself during her school years, she wasn’t what you’d describe as unpopular, she had a close group of friends which grew larger over time and by the time she reached Highschool she had fully developed into a well rounded student with many friends, hobbies and a positive academic future. She was also very keen on performing and found a love in music when her grandfather who used to tour in a local club band gave her an acoustic guitar and taught her how to play, this quickly developed into an obsession and Ellie set her sights on making a career out of music, she would spend the majority of her spare time writing and playing music on the same acoustic guitar her grandfather gave her which she still has to this very day but rarely uses that guitar, preferring to keep it for personal reasons.

She has performed regularly within her hometown of Brentwood, often performing at public events like the 4th July celebrations and various other public occasions.
She left Highschool at 18 and has spent the last year studying music at a local college, she is now planning on beginning her music career and is currently looking for a record label and beginning her music career. Her main influences include, Fleetwood Mac, Patti Smith, Bruce Springsteen, Belle & Sebastian, Alanis Morisette and her modern influences include, Nadia Berry, Brittany Knox, Michelle Green, Katie Coyle, Hannah Beth and Alicia Lena.

Epoch[Ep-ic] ;- a. A particular period of history, especially one considered remarkable or noteworthy.

b. A notable event that marks the beginning of such a period.

Epoch is the official title of the long awaited and anticipated sophomore album by recording artist that was written and recorded from November of 2010 to late June of 2011. The album so far has spawned 1 single before its official release and is being officially released on August 12th, 2011. Marking the one year anniversary of her debut effort, Mannequin.

After the release of her critically acclaimed, and so far very successful first single off the album, Desert Paradise, Brittany Knox has set us listeners up for what could be one of the most memorable listens of the year. The 'Paradise' singer sought production from the likes of Jason Smith in which he produced the unapologetic and hard hitting New Wave smasher "Bonnie' Redemption" which is rumoured to be released onto radio sometime before the release of the album.

In this album, without giving too much away, Brittany Knox gets personal, Knox even went onto say it is the most personal piece of work she has recorded and although its not as slow paced and depressing as her redemption E.P 'Halfway There'(which is still going strong on Chart Heat almost a year after its release) she still poured her heart out onto the tracks and is an album for feeling up lifted, empowered, confident, strong and outspoken, instead of feeling so apologetic, like in Halfway There.

Brittany still hangs onto her New Wave roots for most of the album, that was first seen in Halfway There but also strays and creates a fusion of New Wave & Dance that can be heard in certain tracks, most notably in Desert Paradise and Industry Assassins.

"Industry Assassins" sees a more innovative Knox which was produced by powerhouse record producer Danny Allen, yet pulls in Alex Van Roy (known as Dj Night) to make a perfect concotion of New Wave and Dance music thus creating an ElectroClash gem about fame itself and paparazzi's being named "Thee assasins". Without giving too much, the song can easily sit in any famous persons heart, dealing with the popularity and lack of privacy yet, Brittany makes her voice heard in the unapolgetic song. Another strong minded song on the album is Shut Your Mouth, another produced by Jason Smith that can be known as "Me Agaisnt The World, on steroids." Brittany seems to go into another persona with the rock influenced tune yet staying herself throughout the almost 4 minute song. On this Brittany Knox album, you get a wide range of variety.

In preparation for the album, Brittany will be going live on a tell all live interview event called 'A Heart To Heart with Brittany Knox' where she will be talking about everything from the album to the recording process as well as many other things. Other promotional endeavours are in the works, but not announced as of yet. Cant spill all the beans!

As the album's release date comes closer, the full tracklist will be revealed and more information will come your way.

EPOCH - August 12th, 2011.

RADIO VINE- BONES

The girl who has fallen off some many times gives you a song that speaks about herself, once again. Radio, trying to find herself thought strength, wisdom and the past gives you the song Bones that was written and prouduced by Radio with no other prouducing or written staff on this trac. Radio gives you honest lyrics from the soft piano playing that is played by Radio herself. She gives you more of a acapella sound of her soft, rocked voice that has taken her so far. With soft ballads and notes of a piano and rattles sounds that effects the soft flute in middle of the piano playing gives you that myserious feel. The song starts off with rattles and shaking of bottles and into the flute horn and soft piano playing. She gives you a heavy vocals on the all the verses, but settles her voices into a more of a feminine approch to the hook and chrous. She spends up the piano ballads and notes to the bridge as it seems she is rushing the lyrics as she sings it fast, before she goes back into the hook, she speaks into the mic a little message, with heavy breathing before going back into the last hook and chrous, bells start to ring with the horns going off; it quiets down and returns back to the piano with Radio giving her all vocally and her performance in songwriting. Bones is something new and refreshing to the outspoken songstress.

LYRICS

VERSE 1:
I will fight until I cant fight no more
I may lost but I fought my best
No matter what I did in my life
it's matters what I do after the fight
My voice may be weak to speak but
I will try to scream out. Sit down
Radio, shut up and listen.
But I still speak so they
can hear my brutal reality.
This is how I live, so what,
who cares

Chrous:
So what who gives
a damn. Hey, you got a illness
but you have to be strong. Shut up
and let me live my life how I want it.
Rain drops, bottles shaking outside, I'm
inside, listening to a hurricane destorying me inside

Hook:
It's all in body,
It's all in mind
All my senses gone in
mind. I think so much
about things, over think and I'm
confused on what I mean. Bones shaking,
Bones breaking, Becoming a woman I never
wished before. Bones expanding, bones hurting
my body in so much pain because I push myself
way to hard to become a vicitim I never was before.

Here it goes.
Break me down.
Down down down I go.
Dont cry, I dont give
a fuck any more.
I'm the victim, also
the villian. I did this
to myself. Now my bones
are weaken and giving up
on my life.

VERSE 2:
I become so small in this world
No one sees me even if I reach so
far up. Everyone has a confession, but
will mines matter? Everyone doesnt go
to heaven, gold streets I want to be at.
Burning ways of my fuel.
Brutal ways of my past
I can hear the sound in my body
Ringing to let me know it's almost
the end of us.

PRE- CHROUS:
Doodoo boom do do.
Doodoo boom do do.
Bottles shaking,
rain dropping
and the only thing
I know is where I'm at,
at this very moment.

Chrous:
So what who gives
a damn. Hey, you got a illness
but you have to be strong. Shut up
and let me live my life how I want it.
Rain drops, bottles shaking outside, I'm
inside, listening to a hurricane destorying me inside

Bones, doodoo, Bones.

Hook:
It's all in body,
It's all in mind
All my senses gone in
mind. I think so much
about things, over think and I'm
confused on what I mean. Bones shaking,
Bones breaking, Becoming a woman I never
wished before. Bones expanding, bones hurting
my body in so much pain because I push myself
way to hard. Bones, you're all I need at this moment. Here we go!

BRIDGE:
Dont you say be quiet,
I'm a Animal and I'm silent.
One day I can be a way down
the other day another life down
I'm not cat, I have one life
Live it or get the fuck out
You are the only one,
why cant you understand
I will be free tonight!

You can get out of me
I can have life without you.
Without you!!!!

Hook:
It's all in body,
It's all in mind
All my senses gone in
mind. I think so much
about things, over think and I'm
confused on what I mean. Bones shaking,
Bones breaking, Becoming a woman I never
wished before. Bones expanding, bones hurting
my body in so much pain because I push myself
way to hard to become a victim I wasnt never before.

(speaking):
You can hate me, love me
kill me. But what matters if I know myself
so when you hate me, love or kill me; I
will know why...

Doodoo boom do do.
Doodoo boom do do.
Bottles shaking,
rain dropping
and the only thing
I know is where I'm at,
at this very moment.
Break down and release me.
Get out of my body
before I make myself
go thought misery I will
never have to go thought
again.

Hook:
It's all in body,
It's all in mind
All my senses gone in
mind. I think so much
about things, over think and I'm
confused on what I mean. Bones shaking,
Bones breaking, Becoming a woman I never
wished before. Bones expanding, bones hurting
my body in so much pain because I push myself
way to hard to become a victim I wasnt never before.

Doodoo Boom
Doodboo Boom
Doodboo Boom
Bones, are you listening too?

Paint Me A Picture (feat. Hayden) is the debut single from the 19 year old country pop singer-songwriter, Ellie-Grace Summers. It is set to be released on MOFM and will be released on July 24, 2011. The song features Hayden Merjos on vocals and acoustic guitar, It was produced by Damion Holmes and the song was completed over 3 days at Blackbird Studios in Nashville, Tennessee and was written by Ellie-Grace over a year ago, it will mark the debut single from the upcoming country star and is likely to feature on her debut album which is set to be recorded in the coming months. It’s a song written about her parents relationship troubles during a time when Ellie-Grace was happy in a relationship, during the song she questions whether she should be happy while her parents are so miserable.
The song only includes acoustic guitars and vocals from Ellie-Grace and Hayden which give it a stripped back and easy listening feel, similar to acoustic artists like Colbie Caillat, Jack Johnson and Jason Mraz.

Writing & Inspiration
The song was written by Ellie-Grace in 2010 during a time when her parents relationship seemed to be falling apart, Ellie was in her final year of high school and she was dating a guy, she struggled to figure out how she should be feeling and often felt guilty about being happy in her relationship when her parents seemed to struggle to stay together, the song was written when her parents arguing was at its worst, during this time Ellie left home for a few days and stayed with her boyfriend’s parents’ house. The majority of the song was written at home while her parents were fighting, only the pre-chorus and chorus were written while Ellie was staying at her boyfriend’s parents’ house. Ellie sings the song from her perspective and Hayden sings from Ellie’s then boyfriend’s perspective, he also plays guitar with Ellie and they both share vocals on the pre-chorus. The song follows an almost biographical narrative throughout and is a song that means a lot to Ellie-Grace.

Songwriter’s Analysis
“This song is like a view into a period of time during my life. It’s pretty real and that’s kind of the reason why I don’t perform it so often. I wrote it about my parents at a time when I was so sure they were gonna divorce and I didn’t know how to deal with it I guess, so I just sort of covered my ears and cry myself to sleep, I never really learned how to properly write songs but I quickly learned that writing about my own life kinda helped make more sense to me, everything’s easier in a song than in real life because after like three or four minutes whatever you were feeling disappears and you listening to the next song, so I guess you feel something for four minutes and it’s back to normal. In real life things aren’t fixed so quickly, it takes time and effort and we have to find ways to heal our pain or whatever we’re feeling.

Over time it became clear to me that the song would be better as a duet and so I decided to edit the song a little and maybe include lyrics from a male perspective and when I was signed to the label, I was asked if there was anyone I wanted to record it with and I decided Hayden because I thought his voice would fit this song really well and I really like his music, so to get the chance to record with him was a great experience for me and I’m really proud with how the song turned out.

When I wrote this song, I was really confused about how I should be feeling because I was so happy in my own relationship at the time and it was tough to feel bad for my parents when I was so happy. I decided to just start writing and over time this is what those words turned into, I like the song and I’m really proud of it, but it does bring back some emotion when I perform it but all the great songs do that, right?”
- Ellie-Grace Summers

Lyrics

Ellie
Hayden
Together

Paint Me A Picture (Feat. Hayden)

{Verse 1}
Staring Down The Stairwell
Looking Into The Gates Of Hell
Daddy’s Fighting And Mommy’s So Sad
I Never Thought Things Would Get So Bad

{Verse 2}
The Tension Builds On A Nightly Basis
Love Falls Away Over Time
Things Are Tearing Apart At The Seams
Is This The Stuff Of Nightmares

Or Is This The Stuff Of Dreams

{Verse 3}
I’ll Write What I’m Feeling In The Hope Of Getting Better
She’s Trying To Leave But He Won’t Let Her
All Of This Drama Seems So Tough
We All Know That Love Is Enough

{Pre-Chorus}
At Fifteen You Don’t Even Know Your Heart
Sixteen Is Right Where Your Life Will Start
At Seventeen You’ve Already Got A Kid
At Eighteen You Finally See What Loneliness Is

{Chorus}
So Paint Me A Picture
With Your Words Tonight
Paint Me A Picture
And Promise To Hold Me Tight
Paint Me A Picture
When I’m Struggling To Find My Way

I’ll Paint You A Picture
And You’ll Learn To Love Someday

{Chorus}
Paint Me A Picture
And Show Me The Beauty Tonight

I’ll Paint You A Picture
And I Promise To Hold You Tight

Paint Me A Picture
And Promise Never To Leave

I’ll Paint You A Picture
Of Our Life Together, Just Believe

{Bridge}
Daddy’s Still Sad And Mommy Is Lonely Once More
But I Can’t Seem To Care Because I’m In Love Like Never Before
Does It Make Me A Bad Person, Because I Stopped Caring
When We’re Together I Can Feel People Staring

{Bridge}
Can You Promise Me That Nothing Will Change
I Know That Love Is Hard And People Are Strange
But I Trust You And I’m Giving My Heart
Will You Take Care Of It Or Will You Tear It Apart

{Chorus}
So Paint Me A Picture
With You Words Tonight
Paint Me A Picture
And Promise To Hold Me Tight
Paint Me A Picture
When I’m Struggling To Find My Way

I’ll Paint You A Picture
And You’ll Learn To Love Someday

{Chorus}
Paint Me A Picture
And Show Me The Beauty Tonight

I’ll Paint You A Picture
And I Promise To Hold You Tight

Paint Me A Picture
And Promise Never To Leave

I’ll Paint You A Picture
Of Our Life Together, Just Believe

Cherise's follow up album 'The Other Sides of...' is out Today.

Cherise returns with the much anticipated follow up to the massive debut 'Destination Unknown', 'The Other Sides Of..' Follows on from the debut and continues with its upbeat R'N'B style. From promo single 'Kinky Girlz' with its slick dance pop roots to the first single to be lifted of the album 'Funkin' Me' taking the beats of R'N'B and mixing it with summer club sounds to the emotional vulnerability on tracks 'Raw' and 'Shy'. Also including a much wanted duet with Alicia Lena on the mid-tempo ballad 'Blindfold'. Cherise returns and is back for more

This also signals the end of Cherise's contract with both us here at MOFM and the other label who she was contracted too - Shooting Star Records. Cherise will not be re-signing with us at the moment as she wants to concentrate on her personal life on the coming months. Good luck Cherise.
