I'm afraid that noone will answer us. At least not now. I mean, when you said the game is operating for two days only, it kinda seems natural to me that people are just beginning with working on their bands' careers. (Though I also feel totally stupid not realizing earlier that this game is 2-days old).

I looked through other topics and most of the users say that they want to have their ability points high enough (plus songwriting points high enough) to tour. So I guess that recording is even further in this line. But I may be wrong... Don't know...

If it works, I'll give it a go tomorrow. I've managed to write a 60-rated song, which isn't bad for abilities of 25/31, and neither health, happiness nor creativity on full. (:

But, being more serious. I think it's good to try out how it works at all. I don't think it makes any sense touring without recording anything. Or at least trying to record. What will you perform during your gigs? Covers of Bananarama? Lol!

True. But that's not very ambitious, is it? I guess when you do something for fame (more or less), you prefer eternal fame, like Beethoven, not temporary fame like those who just play his music and who will not be remembered by future generations. I mean... what is the point then? Just to perform gigs and be the first one on the richlist? Why not become an oil company owner? You can get much more money then.

I think the biggest fun in this game would be many options (if the single/album recording works). Cause, like in life, you could get great musicians who feel much better in the studio than playing gigs, those who have horrible songs but know how to perform a great show, those who can do both, and so on, and so on. And so far (ok, ok, I've been enlightened that this game is operating for two days only) it looks like it's only about the money and the amount of gigs you play. I'm pretty sure that for many people that's not enough.
