Biographies:
Christian:Born March, 1989. Christian lived a pretty standard life up until he was 6 years old. Then his parents he grew up with had split and divorced. This hurt him alot, but he strived to be a successful human being all the same. He went to a school closer to his dads, this was a good move since he had been getting into alot of trouble at his previous school. He went to his moms alot during his early years at his new school were he witnessed her being abused and tormented by two alcoholic drug addicted boyfriends. This torn him apart on the inside and he got into more trouble and by age eleven started doing drugs and drinking as well. His mom then found it was time to tell him, that the man he called his father, wasn't his biologically, and that one of her boyfriends was his real dad. His world was falling apart. His family was disintegrating in front of him, his grandma and grandpa that he had loved deeply died all within these few months. He fell into a depression so far that he abandoned his friends for drugs, Adam and Codey couldn't convince he was in a slump and needed help. Then his crush since 6th grade got a hold of him in about 11th grade. They were always good friends but she never knew he felt more for her. She helped him out of it, and then Christian made his move. They started dating and Codey him and Adam found Sam and became The Difference. Christian, learned guitar and was able to sing thanks to the help his step mom gave him ever since he was 8, and his musical ability was always good. On graduation Christian being the kinda guy that everyone liked threw a concert approved by the board of education for his classmates most of which had always been his friends anyway. On the very last song, he called his girlfriend up and proposed in it, the lyrics were his proposal as he got on hes knees and pulled out the ring. In front of all their classmates and family. They are now a happily married couple with a little girl.
Adam:Born January, 1990. Adam had to deal with a split family from the beginning, all of his family was either corrupt or didn't care much for him. He was just his mothers boy. He became cocky to cope with the fact his father wanted nothing to do with his children anymore. He would boast about how he was better than everyone at everything. He began playing music and got really good at it fast. He was the douche bag kinda guy in and out of relationships. Never very stable. Alot of people liked him but they knew he wasn't the nicest. So Christian and him became friends so he and him began playing together but then Christian fell into his slump. Adam was also getting low. He had fallen deep into love with a girl and kept losing her, he almost took his own life over her. Codey found him in the bathub with an open pill bottle of vicadin, he was out cold. He was rushed to the hospital, next day he woke up with Sam, Codey,Christian, and the girl he did that over were all at his bed. She slapped him and then hugged him and started crying. She walked out and cryed some more and Codey went out there to comfort her. Adam was both sad and angry. Christian looked at him and said "Not you, Not like me Adam." And walked out. Sam stayed and talked to him, argued even.Adam recovered fully and then, that is when The Difference officially began. Adam played lead guitar and backed up some vocals.
Codey:Born July 1990. Codey didn't really have it hard growing up, he was raised by his stepfather and his mother in a very rich upbringing. His parents were also split, but his life wasn't a complete wreck. He never did drugs, and was good at school. He took piano, guitar, and bass lessons. His only problem was he is a loner, he didnt really like to venture outside his friends he had already grew attached too. Never made alot more either. He didnt date more then one girl all of middleschool. But in highschool he started throwing wild parties at his estate and became that kid every called "Party Boy". He and Christian were like brothers, Christian almost lived there one summer and alot of his newfound popularity came from exposure by Christian. Aside from being extremely lazy, he was probably the most put together person in the band. He played the bass and piano for the band at the graduation concert and continues till this day and he even sings a song in the new album, the acoustic and keys only song called "My Dream" which he also wrote.
Sam:Born June 1989. Sam had been raised until 12 completely fine. Then his parents divorced too. He did drugs occasionally to cope with how he was treated, he went to a different school than the rest of the band until highschool. He was picked on and bullied at his old school. He took it out by playing drums and guitar, he became an excellent drummer. When Adam, his best friend almost committed suicide he was the first one to the hospital. He was the one he kept trying to get their band together, instead of random jam sessions he wanted it to be real. He also does some backing vocals and sings the song on their new album "Abuse". A song which he admits is about both his father and being bullied.
