Mikki, Raven Storme, & KatoScoop: Any new and exciting things that you would like to share?
Mikki : It's all on the go! We've just got "Let The Right One In" out and we're putting the tracks down for the sophomore F47 album. As for my solo career, there'll be a new Mikki single, called "Lie In Wait", out in the next few weeks.
Raven : Well, in case you didn't know, I'm engaged! *flashes ring* Haha. I'm always doing that. Apart from my love life, between now and the Madcore Tour it's not that exciting, all doctors and stuff.
Kato : Watch out mainland Europe, it's my first ever Madcore Tour! I can't wait! KamiKate's preparing me for it in her own way, telling me a lot of horror stories, but that's because she's Kate.
Scoop: What is most important in life?
Mikki : Being the best. No, not the best you can be, the very best. After all, who wants sloppy seconds?
Raven : Love. I look like a superficial kind of person, but I'm not. I love my mom, my cousin Soma "Kestrel" Wolfe, my best friend Joshy Firecracker, my brother Nathan and most of all my fiancé Scott H more than I could ever love tattoos or shoes or boobs.
Kato : Hope. If you haven't got it, you've got nothing.
Scoop: What Inspires You?
Mikki : Just anything that happens. I'm not the type for big inspirational moments, I just write what I write.
Raven : A lot of my inspiration in my songs comes from my past, y'know, the rocky road to Raven.
Kato : Kamikaze Kate inspires me. It's not like I have any other choice.
Scoop: What are you reading now?
Mikki : Does Culture Uncut count?
Raven : "How To Kill Your Husband (And Other Handy Household Hints)" by Kathy Lette. Hopefully not too ominous.
Kato : Getting through the Harry Potter books. I'm a latecomer to the series, I wish people would stop telling me what happens!
Scoop: Are you a morning person or a night owl?
Mikki : Lady of the night usually, but I sleep a lot whatever time it is, so I could be either.
Raven : Definitely a morning person. I HAVE to get up and get everything done, having a lie-in just doesn't work for me!
Kato : Night owl! I'm still that kid who won't go to bed, haha!
Scoop: If you could go anywhere in the world on vacation where would you go?
Mikki : I just LOVE the USA, especially New York. I love Paris as well, but their language is too complicated. Mon âne est la graisse des saucisses rivière gaufre. Does that mean, "I can't speak French"?
Raven : Baltimore. I love the place, and haven't been back in so long.
Kato : So many places, but at the moment, I'm just looking forward to the MCT. I've never been to eastern Europe before, it's going to be epic!
Scoop: What are your best physical features?
Mikki : Erm, all of them? Duh, look at me!
Raven : My tattoos and my boobs. Yup, anything fake, I love!
Kato : I like my hair. *flips hair*
Scoop: What are your best characteristics?
Mikki : How long have we got? ;)
Raven : The fact that I'm so damn ass strong. I've taken so much, I can take anything you can throw at me now.
Kato : Erm .... I'm a guy and I'm not a dick. Do I get points for that?
Scoop: Which came first the chicken or the egg?
Mikki : The egg. You have eggs for breakfast and chicken for dinner. Duh!
Raven : The chicken because like, the human came before the fetus, right?
Kato : Your mum.
Scoop: What is the last movie that you saw at the cinema?
Mikki : Fierce and My Immortal. I make cinemas play those movies over and over again.
Raven : It wasn't at the cinema, but when I was last in Melbourne, Bikki showed me a film called Kissed. It's amazing and yet really creepy at the same time.
Kato : Harry Potter 7 part 1. Nowhere near as good as the books, but good stuff.
Scoop: Do you sing in the shower?
Mikki : I sing anywhere and everywhere. It's my job!
Raven : I take baths, not showers, and I can occasionally be caught singing in the bath inbetween episodes of talking to myself.
Kato : I'd say no, but Damien and Dan have audio proof of me singing a Hannah Beth song in the shower. My housemates are such rascals!
Scoop: What's under your bed?
Mikki : I never really looked, probably just a bunch of quilts. Except in the tourbus bunks, when the slightly less interesting James is under my bed.
Raven : Nothing, not a sausage, though why there would be a sausage under my bed in the first place I don't know. Everything has to be clean and clear and under control.
Kato : I don't know .... monsters!? Well, you could say that, apparently Nick from Moronic Changeling is under my bed in my MCT, so that's a slasher film in the making.
Scoop: Do you believe in love at first sight?
Mikki : Yes. I fell in love with Jake and I have and will never love anyone else.
Raven : I'm not sure, sometimes it works, sometimes it takes a few tries.
Kato : Yes, and it's wonderful. (:
Scoop: If you could meet any one person (from history or currently alive), who would it be?
Mikki : I'd like to meet Brad Pitt. For obvious reasons.
Raven : God. I've always thought he deserved a kick in the nuts.
Kato : Selena Gomez. She's just so beautiful and I want to look at her in person.
Scoop: Are you a good cook?
Mikki : I can toss a salad.
Raven : No, no and NO! I can't even make a sandwich without it falling apart! My mom's an amazing cook, but I don't take after her!
Kato : I'm no Masterchef, but I'm OK. I do most of the cooking in the house, but Dan and Damien only eat junk anyway.
Scoop: Seen anything weird lately?
Mikki : I have a bandmate called Joshy Firecracker. He's pretty damn weird.
Raven : I think I told you a few questions back that I saw a film about necrophilia.
Kato : Kaethe Jenkins teaching Dan the live routine for "FTM". Kaethe's moves are just crazy!
Scoop: Do you like to dance?
Mikki : Of course! I'm brilliant at that too.
Raven : No, not my thing. Most dance routines require one more leg than I've got.
Kato : Haha, yes. Not in a gay way, I like to dance with a girl.
Scoop: What is the last thing you watched on TV?
Mikki : Jeremy Kyle. I'm a total snob, in a good way, and I love laughing at the pondscum of society!
Raven : Total Wipeout. It's my ambition to beat that course someday.
Kato : Re-runs of Father Ted. Father Kate - erm, Jack still cracks me up!
Scoop: When did you last laugh?
Mikki : When Roxy's boyfriend didn't call her.
Raven : Reading a bit of "How To Kill Your Husband". I laughed out loud, in a doctor's waiting room.
Kato : Just now?
Scoop: What time do you get up in the morning?
Mikki : I like to lay in until the morning's over if I can!
Raven : 4am. Always. On the dot.
Kato : Six when I'm working, nine when I'm not. |
