Well I've lost about 15 pounds over the last month or so.
Down to 260lbs at 6 feet 3 inches tall.
Er...thats 18.5 stone at 190.5 cm tall.
Apparently, according to doctor sites, I need to lose another 60 to 70 pounds...bull shit. I would be nothing. |

man, honesty is always good... i wish i'd realised earlier how much overweight i was... cut and kept three stone off in the last two years, and hope to loose another one or two in the next 10 months via exercise...
the thing is, as you build it up gradually, you don't really notice... which is a massive shite. |

Yea, its just a shitty thing all the way around. Knowing you dont look your best and dont feel the best...uhh.
I wish I knew why I losing it now though, I just dont have the desire to eat anymore. I literally bare eat and when I do I feel sick as if I had just ate a complete buffet when all I had was a slice of pizza.
Can't say I'm complaining though. Going from around 20 stone to 18.5 has changed my opinion on myself a ton and I feel better. I still dont think I need to lose another 5 stone though. Just seems like too much. |

Weight is a total bastard lol. I once, about two years ago, weighed just over 16 stone at 5 foot 10. So, I started walking, I walked 10 miles a day, and I cut out all the crap. Dropped 5 stone in around 4 months, and was proper fit. Managed to keep it off by playing badminton and tennis all the time, but I've dropped back to 12 now that I left uni and don't do much.
I plan to start a fitness thing again though, maybe reach 10 stone this time. Hopefully. |

Honestly I just want to drop about a stone and a half or so.
I think that would put me around 240lbs, which seems right to me. I would rather get down to a weight made up of some muscle than to just lose all the fat and be some twiggy guy. I dont think thats even possible for me anyway but whatever. |
