I should be doing that right now, but I am friggin' lazy. 10 miles isn't a hard walk exactly, just boring in this part of the world, and again, I am super-lazy. Also I am big on chocolate. |

I'm scared to know what my weight is, all I know is that my clothes are getting tighter. Not sure whether to cut down for the sake of having stuff to wear, or use this as an excuse for a massive "curvy" shopping spree - I can donate my old stuff to starving models, if any of them are closet band geeks, haha. |

I think I've just stopped caring about my weight, but I think my metabolism is kinda even but decent enough to make sure I never put on anything much really. I think I yo-yo around 10 stone or just below or just above and have done for the best part of a year! That and I just don't have a life which allows me to sit down and eat meals usually, so I probably don't eat as much as I should. Most of my clothes are either too big or weirdly cut anyway ahah. |

Well, I might be meeting up with one of the founders of FAWM here in Glasgow, for some bizarre reason. Turns out he's here and I'm the only active Glasgow 50/90er... We'll see.
Dude has a PHD in Computer Science, it's kind of intimidating... |

Dude has a PHD in Computer Science, it's kind of intimidating... Wow, you're actually meeting Burr? I don't know him at all, the only things I really know about him are that he founded FAWM and he doesn't like jokes about banana dicks, but I'm still kind of jealous. I'd join you if I had the .... sad thing is, I actually have no excuse to not join you (unless you're meeting him today). Let me know how it goes! (: |

I thought the movie was brilliant in just about every way. Best Potter film yet, and actually one of the better films I've ever seen. |

It's hard to believe it's all over. I hope J. K. Rowling does write some other stuff. |

I have never seen a Harry Potter film. Having read every book (besides the first) on the day of release, and being such a massive fan of them, I decided that the characters and surroundings etc etc were embedded in my head from my own imagination and I didn't want the films to warp what I had interpreted from the books. I still think it's the right decision for me lol. |

I still think it's the right decision for me lol. I can see how that would be right for some, and in some cases the films fell short in some very large ways. Still, I think the last two or three really kicked ass and brought it home in the way it should be. |

It was pretty cool, we just hung out mostly by the river, talking about stuff. Politics, music, language mostly. His area of study is natural language processing, so it was interesting to hear his analytical take on stuff. He was also asking about my approach to FAWM, and he was surprised to hear how I write music is not based on any verse/chorus kind of structure, which tends to be how the vast majority of people involved work. He also looked at me like I was a bit deranged when I described the concept of one of my first "albums", Genus Bioluminescent - which I realised as I was saying it, does sound kind of messed up. But oh well. |

So my girlfriends gone away for the next two weeks clubbing in Cyprus :'(
Going to need something to take my mind off it, anyone got any interesting things to do other than meet friends? Like Xbox games possibly? Old Xbox games I could buy off XBL? Who knows, just throwing it out there. |
