Anyone else think there are too many stickies in the roleplay section? I go on there and half the page is full of them. Just think it's a bit ugly, maaaaaaybe move a few of them to off topic or something? I dunno, but things like character adoption and face claims could easily be in the same thread as well, there's no need for seperate threads.

I know I only just came back though and probably don't know half of you now, just thought I'd say my bit! Was considering putting this in off topic but figured the people that actually use roleplay might not necessarily go to the other parts of the forum.

OOC: I think Culture Uncut could be removed as a sticky, the old thread was always easily found and the link is in my signature so I think we can get rid of that one.

Or it could be in game discussion, I don't know. But I'm kinda of the belief that Roleplay should be solely about roleplays, I find it a bit weird having such blatently OOC threads in there. This might sound a bit weird and I could be the only one, but it kinda ruins the whole little 'world' in there. One or two are okay, but when half the page is reminding you it's not real it's a bit more difficult to get into it. I used to go into roleplay and just spend like an hour or two reading through things getting into all the characters, but now it's all about face claims and character adoptions.

I dunno, just my opinion. But I would much rather have TDB stickied than face claims and character adoptions, and I think there are way to many charts these days that just make things confusing. Plus I think the idea of Culture Uncut is awesome, but I don't really think it needs to be stickied. Why can't the bloggers just favorite the page in their browser and go onto that if they feel the need to blog, or put it in there sigs. Bit of a rant and it's not that much of an issue, just wanted to see what everyone thought! :)

EDIT: Plus does anyone actually use character adoptions enough for it to warrant being stickied? :S

I think face claims should still be there but definitely stick it in the same thread as CA&R and just turn it into a kind of list of characters possibly? Just have a list where you 'register' you're characters with a face claim any time you come up with a new one, and just have for instance : Liam Omally - Kelly Jones - Active, but then if you want to put someone up for adoption change the active to 'up for adoption'. These are just ideas though I don't want everyone to think I'm coming back and fucking up the forums. :L But yes definitely have my vote to unite the charts in one thread.
