Hi Friends. The nominations for the chaos awards came out today. Together Nomad Records's artists snagged a total of nine nominations. Reported Failure and Riot! are nominated in Best Band, Best Album, and Best Live Artist. James Urie picked up a nomination on the category of best male solo artist. REALM was nominated for best artwork. Bikki also picked up a nomination for best single. Congrats to all of them!

Update
It's been a little while since the last update here. Things actually are a little bit quiet. No major releases have happened over here since Riot! In the Boulevard was released. In a few weeks there should be some more releases being pumped out of here. The Reported Failure and Friends album will be available on August 30th as a dicital download, a double disc CD, and if you're really fancy you can purchase it on this thing called vinyl (Which will come with a code for a free digital download so you can still rock the tunes thru your ipod). In addition REALM is working on a new album, but the release date is unconfirmed.

The Chaos awards did go well for some Nomad Records artists. Riot! in the Boulevard picked up an award for Best Band and another for Best Live Artist as well as the runner up position for Best Album. Most artists I think were pleased just to get nominations, and having the best band on our label aint too shabby of an achievement either.

1. (1) Riot In The Boulevard - Riot In The Boulevard (370,000 Copies Sold)
7. (NE) Realm - The Sacred Chants Of Death (260,000 Copies Sold)
13. (4) Reported Failure - Post-Grunge Catastrophe (170,000 Copies Sold)
25. (22) James Urie - Climbing (30,000 Copies Sold)

Speaking of these album sales both Riot! in the Boulevard's self titled album and Reported Failure's Post-Grunge Catastrophe have been certified gold. That ain't too shabby either.

10/7/11 News!

Hey folks. THings are definitely moving again. A release date for Realms's new album and Bikki's should be expected anytime soon (OOC: Unless they are already announced and I missed them). In addition an EP from Reported Failure is also due very soon, and our next album should be out in the next few months. Riot! in the Boulevard are taking some downtime before they get going working on another album.

When this album comes out it would greatly behoove you to buy it.
