Eric looks at Scott for several seconds, as if examining his every feature, before replying;

Eric: Well... hmm. I dunno. It's a bit of a difference. If I had romantic feelings for men, I might even call you sexy. That's a job for Mr. Smith, however.

Eric simply shrugs, as if bizarre things happen around him on a daily basis.

Eric: You'd be surprised. I, for instance, once looked strikingly similar to Kurt Cobain. Now I look like a weasel. Still, it's better than being Matt Roberts.

As Matt still has too much of a hangover to reply in an intelligent manner, he simply mutters something that sounds similar to 'mumbleweevle'.

It begins to dawn on Eric and Greg that they're the only two in the room without a drop of alcohol in their veins.

Eric: So, are we going to continue this game, or what? Share the love, fellas; I haven't gotten any yet. And I'm not talking about sex. Though it's been a while for that, too.

Eric: What, so I'm not going to be able to experiment with any more drinks for you bunch? God, I don't think I've ever met bigger lightweights in my life.

Of course, Eric isn't one to talk, as his alcohol tolerance has never been the strongest. After drinking straight out of the bottle, he says;

Eric: Anywhozal... how's life been, fellas?

Joe suddenly runs into the room chasing something. Well it seems that he's chasing something anyway but that something is thin air. He's holding Johnny's magical elixir of magic mushroom tea in his hand in a clear glass. It's obvious that he's tripping his nuts off. Johnny comes in behind him holding the pitcher that's tagged with a smiley face and the words "Magic Mushroom Tea." He's taking a sip from his own cup and has a shit eating grin on his face.

Joe: I swear to God man! A big lizard just ran through here! One of those desert lizards that walk on their hind legs. He was talking about starting a revolution. I don't know what kind of revolt that is. But if a reptile tells me some shit's going down. I'm interested.....

Johnny: Naw man. He said something about Elvis hiding out with John F. Kennedy at an old folks home and ancient curse that involved some kind of native american crap. But now I see butterflies and dude, your hair is so on fire. Like you stood under a heat lamp with some hair spray going.

Joe: Son of a bitch! He touches his head and his eyes get wide as he runs out of the bus screaming that his hair is on fire. Then he runs around the bus in circles before coming back inside. Wait a minute..... I'm trippin'. So I just freaked out about my hair being on fire when it obviously wasn't. At all.... But Johnny. That lizard's back again.

Johnny: I know..... he says he has the secrets to the universe and true happiness. But I know he's just a lizard. He doesn't know shit.

They look at each other then the group that's sitting in a circle then snicker and bust into laughter when they finally notice that the guys were there the whole time. Johnny plods over and sets the pitcher down in the middle of them. He takes another sip from the cup he has and nods.

Johnny: If anybody wants to trip balls as we say in the states please have a drink. As you've noticed I am already under the influence. Don't mind the lizard. For some reason Joe and I both see him when we trip. Why it's a desert lizard, I have no idea. But he makes for interesting conversation. If anybody else sees him while drinking this stuff I'll be surprised. A collective hallucination is awesome as shit.

Joe: He is the lizard king, he can do anything! Lizard kiiiiiiiing!

Johnny elbows Joe in the ribs to shut up and then just sits among the group while staring in fascination at the far wall. Like there was some important information written across it. Joe tosses some cups in among them so they can drink if they feel so inclined or add it to the little game they were playing. Though wasting such magical and tasty liquid would be a crime.

The chatter between Scott and Jason wakes up Eric with a start. The same cannot be said for Matt, who, thanks to last night's debauchery, looks just as horrible as he did yesterday. It's starting to seem like he'll never recover. As Eric is still waking up, his words are slightly obscured and spoken between yawns;

Eric: Oh... well, congratulations, sir.

Still slightly groggy, he gets off the couch and moves to the sink. After pouring a glass of hot water, he puts Matt's hand in it.

Eric: And, if it's alright with you, can I ask what this musical realization is?
