Jason gets out quickly, still playing the riff and throws Scott a can, thinking that a bottle would be too dangerous. He misses anyway, and then returns.
Jason: Holy shit... drink driving. Fuck. Never mind.
Jason looks at Eric completely seriously.
Jason: Really? Brilliant! I'm gonna bring some flowers then and spread the love.
He then starts to play a funky solo on top of Erics riff. |

Eric: Flowers, of course; all the more material for rioters to burn, right? I mean, erm... yeah, totally. All you need is lover, brother.
As Eric has never enjoyed playing solos, being much more content to give someone else the instrumental spotlight, he merely strums chords to help dictate Jason's improvising. It's not very original, but then again, he always has been more willing(ton, heh) to indulge himself in the lyrical side of a melody rather than the musical. Matt Robert usually has to beat Eric up before he'll agree to play a guitar solo, after all. It looks like Jason might have to do the same. |

Layla got up and walked over to Jason. She figured she should stop moping and enjoy their time together.

Jason: I have to say, I don't know the specifics. They used to be in a band together and Alex got kicked out, same ol'... but that guy has done unforgivable, unspeakable things. He is a genuinely horrible human being. Me and him have also been enemies for a while now, so that's why I went for him. If I'm being honest, last night didn't really go to plan at all. |
