It can be used for extended stays and temporary residency as well for a fee. Any and all inquiries on pricing will be negotiated. Located on a lake front property it's got beautiful scenery located in the Appalachian countryside that has beautiful scenery surrounding for any artist that needs to escape and get away. I've decided to open my home to any musician who wants a unique experience and setting to record in. Take a look inside to see where the magic and mayhem takes place. I'm very proud of the equipment we have and when I'm not touring I'm usually here. It's also my home. If I'm not available I do have interns and a person in charge of operating the studio while I'm away. Those are the people you'd wanna talk to. Did I mention we got a pool table? Come on by and hang out while you make some awesome music. I'll also help produce if that's what you're needing as well as studio time OOC: I'm using this as a completely interactive rp setting for anybody that wants to come in and engage in some rp. Johnny and the rest of the crew are always around if you wanna have fun with em'!

I'll be away though doing this music festival hopefully. But there will be some interns and stuff there that work the soundboards and other things. They'll be able to help you out a lot.
