Dante Valence was quite excited, well more than quite excited. He was VERY excited to say the least, he had sent the message in the paper about looking for the multiple guitarists, vocalist and drummer. Now all that remained was for the people who accepted his offer to come in.

He had taken in a small spot at the local Starbucks and held a large poster that said "BAND SIGN-UPS HERE" above his head. The rest of the cafe looked at him with an awkward air, it had the makings of a good day.

Dante looks Lewis up and down for a moment, scratching his slightly scruffy beard. Then Dante looks down at his own attire, the plaid jacket, the blue jeans and converses he chose to wear today.

Dante: Uh, yeah. You sure do dress flashy doncha? Purple jackets and all? You understand we ain't gonna exactly be a Glam Rock band right?

Dante quickly spotted the new girl, Nicole, who had entered the cafe. His eyes immediately widened once he saw her, then she began to talk and Dante sank in his seat.

Dante: Best Guitarist huh? You sure about that, there's a ton of great guitarists out there.

Shrugging as he heard her speak, another person with another cocky attitude...Dante was used to those type of people. That was one of the main reasons he wanted to start a band, to escape from people like that but, he couldn't do any better currently.

Dante: Great, looks like you're my only and best choice to be the Guitarist. Lets do it.

Dante: Yeah, uh, this guy right here is looking to be the Vocalist and I'm the Bassist so...we're it for now.

Nico Bianco was walking down to his favorite cafe when he saw the sign about a some guy forming a band. He thought it would be interesting to join a band. Judging from his looks, Nico was the kind of guy you'd usually see in a school play or someone most likely to be on Broadway, but don't let the looks fool you, this guy would rather join a Nirvana cover band than take the lead on Hairspray, though he does look good enough for it.

Nico orders his favorite drink with a shot of espresso as he approaches Dante and other auditionees.

"Hey, so you're going to put up a band huh?"

Nico, 17, had a vast musical background. He could play almost any instrument given to him if he were to take it seriously. He started playing the piano and the violin at the age of 8, the guitar at the age of 11, the drums at the age of 14(though he doesn't really like to play the drums), and the saxophone, an instrument he only learned to play a week before. Even though Nico was a natural tenor and had a pretty good voice, he was a humble and shy kid and didn't want to take the lead in anything even though he had the talent to.

"I could play the guitar, well that's the only instrument that I'm good at."

OOC: Sorry if my posts are too detailed, just wanted to build up my character.

Dante stared at Nico, narrowing his eyes as he stared him down. He sighed and shrugged.

Dante: No problem, I guess you're in...and you...

Dante turned and looked Lewis up and down, he shrugged once more.

Dante: I suppose you're right, it is a Win-Win. You're in. Now all we need is a drummer...really, I guess maybe. Ugh, maybe this is enough for now.

Nicole looks at Lewis

Nicole: So you are the singer huh nice jacket

Deep inside, Nico was jumping up and down with joy. He had always wanted to be part of a band, but most band leaders were afraid to let him in because they were intimidated by his looks and charm, thinking that he would be the center of attention and not them. Nico just smiled and shook hands with Dante to make him seem like a cool kid.

"I won't let you down dude"
