Earlier this year she was part of 'The House Movement' with Desiree Shapiro, DJ Night, and her right hand man DJ Cloud. Like most of us know, the group eventually disbanded and all Cinzia had under her belt was being an on stage fill on for Alicia Lena during Matty's Close To Tears performance at an award show (some months before) and being apart of a group that disbanded after Desiree Shapiro's initial big break. Most didn't see her coming...
No one could imagine that going into this years Christmas, and quite frankly the new year, that Cinzia would be sitting atop the charts with a 3x platinum album certification, top singles as well as achieving worldwide acclaim. It seemed like a big success story behind the hungry individual who is Italian "hearted".
Ricci, who has stayed the same throughout this whole take off of her career, and life who gives nothing but love and appreciation to her fans and the people who support her for the big time success that she has gotten so far. looks forward to the future, but right now, its the present time and its time for us to get ready for Christmas. Cinzia style!Christmas In The House is the leading single off of Cinzia Ricci's Christmas EP which will feature Christmas tracks, both new, and covers of historic Christmas jams with the headbanging edge of house music which Cinzia, and her disk jockey DJ Night came up with for fans of house music, supporters of Cinzia, and people who enjoy Christmas Music in an effort to innovate dance music. The original track, which features 'Jingle Bells' starts off with the historically famous instrumental of the song with a techno edge for about 7 seconds without a listener realizing this is also a quickly picking up buildup, as out of no where the track breaks into a relentless electro house beat where Cinzia's strong voice is heard as she starts belting out "Christmas In The House" as she brings her dauntless and strong vocals to the song. With DJ Cloud behind production, the duo brings us the joys of Christmas the house way as Cinzia sings "No matter with a Christmas Tree, or a celebration 8 days of the week, get in the spirit" (also highlighting a somewhat similar holiday in Hanuka). "It's a time of joy, happiness, giving, lets get with it". Cinzia encourages the listener to be joyful. As Cinzia sings, the beat bouncing back and forth, a heavy bass, and a piece of the Jingle Bells sample showing up often behind her vocals, it cant help but to get a listener moving and reminding us of how close Christmas, and the new year is. The tracks goes on for 3:40 [radio version] and a purchasable [5:30] version which features a memorable intro before the initial song. Quote:I feel like a Christmas effort as in an album or E.P wasn't done in a long time or at all for a while, and I think people will really like it, I wanted to do something completely different. I'm so thankful for all my fans, and all the people who support me, and having the Christmas season being my favorite time of the year, I thought it would be great to work up something like this, and the E.P itself. I dont know how I ended up being compared to Chloe or anything negative like that because that's what I want to avoid, its not my follow up to my album E.P, its something totally different, something for fans, something for the holidays and I know my fans will love it. Cinzia Ricci adds another house track to her repertoire of underground club, and mainstream anthems that will this time bring the "spirit" this time for the Christmas/New Year season for her fans, lovers of the season, AND lovers of Christmas and if you love all three, your in for a treat this season with this uplifting track as Cinzia soars into the new year.
