Music: Very pumped up sounding electronic chords fade in as Nick begins to half sing half rap the first verse of the song with all the swagger and aggression that anyone who saw him live would remember and expect. A hip hop beat with clap and deep bass drum synths joins in. In the distance a guitar plays very high notes to add subtle variation to the verse. The loud punk influence comes in on the chorus. The guitar hits overdrive with a heart-thumping alien like synths. Lily adds her powerful vocals to the song while Nick lets her take the lead. A powerful drum beat joins in towards the end of the chorus when Nick and Lily harmonize. Towards the end of the second chorus another guitar is busted out which immediately plays dark melodic sweep picking riffs. Things get heavy with just a slight ambient noise in the background. The drums and guitar are full on metal at this point while Lily's vocals seem to reach heights that didn't seem humanly possible. The dramatic bridge breaks down back into the chorus before the song ends.

[b]Nick: I'm super stoked for this! All the past work that has been released hasn't really captured what i want to do. This does. It mixes two very different genres, but is pulled together and I think it works. Lily is incredible in this song and it was great to get to work with her and her incredible vocal range. Lyrically it is ideal to be my first real single and the first one from the upcoming album. hope you enjoy it!
