Check it out the song here if you haven't yet. The video is coming soon, plus we're very excited for our show at the Wembley Arena this Saturday! We hope you are too! Teen Titans - Super Powers Dance Pop, Electro Pop Black Cat Records November 3rd, 2011 Written by Laurence Wilson, Den Walnut, Tanya Stephenson & Produced by Claire Becker, Will.Rocca, Den Walnut The Song It's a catchy and fun track, it may be easily enjoyed by the listener at its first listen, thanks to its Dance Pop sound, with some Electro Pop elements. It starts with the catchy beat playing alone for a few seconds and then Martina sings the first verse in a tune that fits well the background. Then as Tanya sings loud the firts line of the new verse, Joey sings the rest of it in a tune similar to a rap, but dancier. As the chorus comes, they all sing loudly together with an even catchier beat as it gets the bass and in the second chorus, the beat gets faster and so do the Titans on singing. Then a short instrumental that shows how easy to listen is the beat and then Tanya sings the new verse putting up a dancey tune, while Laurence and Joey both scream together the "Yeah"'s. So other two choruses come, with the same concept of the two ones of before, the second one faster than the first. As the chorus finishes, the song goes on its longer and catchier instrumental and then Tanya sings the chorus alone, while the volume of the sound in the background is almost off. As she sings the last word, two new choruses come, both sang fast on an equally fast beat. The song ends with the beat fading. One of my favourites. When I first listened to it, I remember that it got me really excited! The lyrics can have many different meanings so it's up to the listener to choose which one he can relate the most to! Some of these are that we don't need to care if anyone wants to hurt us just for the sake of it or for any other reason, what we really have to care about are the people we love and love us back! It could also have a meaning about getting heart-broken and just trying to forget your ex or whoever hurt you by caring about yourself and people around you!" TANYA "I think this has to be one of the next singles. It's fantastic and the best part is of course when I sing the chorus all alone and then the others join me, creating that cool atmosphere. It also represents the album well, so that's another reason why it should be a single." LAURENCE ""Super Powers" is a cool song in my opinion and it's so catchy that you don't need to listen to it too many times. I didn't join the production of the song, but I think that it's great. Den did a great job with two producers like Will.Rocca and Claire Becker. Also our vocals sound very good on it, they "match" well with the beat. I also think that this may be a single." Plus we would also like to thank you for getting "Rebellion" to no.1 on the Heat Top Chart. It's our first album going no.1 and we're very happy about it! We'll never thank you enough, so we thought we could give you already the news about the DVD of yesterday's concert! Check out the front and back of the DVD here! Teen Titans - No Space Electro Pop Black Cat Records January 3rd, 2011 Written by Laurence Wilson, Joey Frankson, Tanya Stephenson, Den Walnut, Martina Downtown & Produced by Laurence Wilson, Den Walnut, Red X The Song It's a an Electro-Pop song with a slow beat, which doesn't give the sound of a ballad to the listener though. It starts with Laurence singing the verse slowly, with a tune that makes all the lines fit with each other and with the also slow beat. Then Joey sings in a smilar tune the new verse, putting some more kind of a rap in it, while the slow beat keeps going. As the chorus starts, the beat gets louder and they all sing in a robotic and slow tune, and as Tanya sings her lines in it, the others do some sort of echo singing just after. Then the beat gets normal again and Laurence goes back to his first tune. Den keeps the tune too in his verse and then the chorus starts in the same way again. After two choruses, the beat can be barely heard and Tanya sings very loudly but still slowly her lines, and hits one of her highest notes on the last one with a very powerful voice. Tanya keeps "screaming" the last work "Whoa" until the second line of the new chorus, that has already started in the meantime. After other three choruses, the song ends with all of them singing the last line together, without the beat in the background. This one is great! It's of course quite different from the rest of the album but we had to put it in the tracklist. The way I sing on this one is one of the best and I think we all did an amazing job of course! And I also gave an huge help on writing this one, which is great because Den and Martina usually write most of the songs and when I give a big help on writing one I feel proud, but I think it's normal!" LAURENCE ""No Space" is surely outstanding. We weren't sure if to put it or not in the album as it's very different, but listening to it quite a few times made us understand that it actually fits it a lot. I mean, its electronic edge and the way we sing on it is one of the best and makes it actually sound as cool as the rest of the album. And the production is great - me and Den were joined by the amazing Red X, who really helped us on making something very unique and it worked." TANYA "This one is so cool. Just the rest of the album, the lyrics, our vocals and the beat all mix with each other very well and especially when I sing that very long and high note, which was really one of my best. I felt amazed when I listened to it the first time and I can't wait to perform it live." DEN "Wow, this is maybe the best one on the album! Our voices are perfect and lyrically good. But the best part is really the beat! You know, it may not be one of those catchy beats that make you love the song at first, but it's definately one of the most exciting and the fact that I was part of the production team of this one is amazing. This has obviously got to be a single!" MARTINA "I am completely in love with this song. Just by the fact that it's not the usual Dance song that this album is known for, but it has a slow and maybe even "disturbing" beat, which makes it more original and different on the album. The lyrics are good too - it talks about loving someone and not knowing how to get this someone out of your head. Like you try to forget him or her and look for love in other places, but you always eventually fall with the same person over and over. I'd say it's quite romantic too at this point!" We would have never expected to win an award at all and we feel so happy right now. It's the first award we have ever won and it's just all because of how amazing you are, so thank you again! We also performed our new single "No Space" and you can watch the performance here! We hope you enjoy it! TEEN TITANS The stage gets all dark as the melody of the song starts with a choir and some bells playing. Then these stops and an heavy drum beat plays until five lights illuminate the Teen Titans, who all stay far from each other on the stage. The crowd screams loudly and "No Space" starts playing and while Laurence is singing the first verse, the others all look at the crowd with a straight face, standing still. "I used to go out of my mind, I used to miss ya Tellin' me it's all alright Pretending you weren't everything Thinkin' there was something better on this planet, ah" Then Joey sings his verse, some green lasers appears around the five. At the end of the verse he's joined by Tanya when singing the last lines and almost hits with her an high note one the last "Gone". "But I am sorry I have lost ya Yes, I'm gonna miss ya My love was all about ya But you have gone Gone [Joey & Tanya]" The beat gets louder, faster and also very intense when the five all sing the chorus, doing some slow and synchronized moves, while the lasers disappears and the lights get all brighter. "Every person, all the people I meet They never seem good enough for me Never as good as you used to be You don't wanna be replaced You're not gonna be replaced Because in my life there isn't any space Any space for someone else There is no space for someone else" The stage gets darker again and Laurence sings the new verse, while the others stand still again. "I still remember you calling out my name Never gonna forget that last thing you told me It's still in my head In my head It won't get out of it" The lasers appear again and Den sings his lines, while the others starts moving slowly again. "I can remember how you last looked at me How much you've been left weak With your eyes about to cry Same as me that I didn't wanna lose ya But I had to say goodbye I felt I was about to die (Inside)" As Laurence ends the verse, they sings the chorus twice again, doing the same slow dance moves for the first one, but with the second one they take some wires that let them fly around the whole arena, making the crowd go crazy with the screams and the cheers. "Every person, all the people I meet They never seem good enough for me Never as good as you used to be You don't wanna be replaced You're not gonna be replaced Because in my life there isn't any space Any space for someone else There is no space for someone else" "Every person, all the people I meet They never seem good enough for me Never as good as you used to be You don't wanna be replaced You're not gonna be replaced Because in my life there isn't any space Any space for someone else There is no space for someone else" Then they get on the stage again together, standing close to each other and as they keep smiling excited for what they have just managed to do, Tanya hits one of her most powerful high notes as she sings her lines. "But what could I ever do When I still want somebody like you Because I still love you You've never been replaced I still wanna have you, whoa" While Tanya is still holding the last high note, they all start walking towards the center of the stage, getting there in time for the last two choruses and with the last one, the big platform with a spaceship form that they're standing on lifts up. "Every person, all the people I meet They never seem good enough for me Never as good as you used to be You don't wanna be replaced You're not gonna be replaced Because in my life there isn't any space Any space for someone else There is no space for someone else" "Every person, all the people I meet They never seem good enough for me Never as good as you used to be You don't wanna be replaced You're not gonna be replaced Because in my life there isn't any space Any space for someone else There is no space for someone else" "Every person, all the people I meet They never seem good enough for me Never as good as you used to be You don't wanna be replaced You're not gonna be replaced Because in my life there isn't any space Any space for someone else There is no space for someone else No space for someone else" Then the platform eventually goes down with the Titans when the song ends along with the last line sang acapella by the group, while the lights all go off and the crowd screams wildly.
