Nick Palmer

The lights were dimming as a strange hypnotic tremolo sound began to build. It was joined by subtle symbol crashes on the drums. Still in complete darkness more instruments began to join in. An electronica pattern builds still in the darkness along with bass, a very heavy drum beat, van halen style guitar tapping, and a climactic scream as the lights come on to reveal bright redish pink haired Nick Palmer literally swinging from a rope onto stage!

He jumps off and takes a seat at the piano that is center stage and stats playing away. All the rest of the noise stops and it is just Nick with a spotlight on him, playing piano like he is Elton John as he begins to sing his first song. The song is his first single that went basically under the radar. He plays it alone on the piano. The jolly chords along with Nick's jazzy fills make the song seem a bit old fashioned which is exactly what Nick wants as he shows off his relatively nice vocal range.

At this point Nick plays the piano in a full on jazzy solo that shows off his diversity. He does this for about 45 seconds then gets things going a bit more.

The crowd screams and Nick laughs at them while still playing piano. More spotlights scan the crowd while one stays on Nick. Then he stops playing.
What the fuck am I doing? Oh screw it. Keytars, GO!

Nick jumps over the piano while the full stage becomes lit up with a rainbow of flashing colors. Nick's band is revealed as the electronica keytar solo begins. Nick runs around the stage a bit. Walking around the edge of the stage and touching the hands of all of the fans. Then he goes into the next song which is much more crunk and up beat. The guitar plays in this song joined by more keytar playing, drum machines, and skull crushing bass.

A slow intro of electronic chords fades in. They are all that exist as Nick goes into the swaggar filled verse.

The drums and guitar get heavier. They surpass a punk sound to something that is heavy metal. Nick headbangs and yells at the crowd while letting his guitarist have much of the spotlight. Then he begins to scream the bridge thru the mic while getting more intimate with the crowd by standing as close as possible to them without actually being in the crowd.
