 Description: The highly anticipated new single from Hayden Merjos is finally here! Following the release of his debut album, Perception, the singer follows up with a great track to represent the sound for the album. This song starts off with fast paced drums being played in a repetitive pattern and then keyboards and tambourine being played along, with a guitar. You can then hear Hayden whistle to the tune of the beat and then starts singing then sings the pre-chorus and chorus and Hayden is heard in the background singing ”Oh, Oh, Oh, Oh”. He then sings the next verse in a soft and high voice. He sings the pre-chorus with his back up singers and then sings the chorus in the background again. He then starts to whistle again while he vocalizes and they sings the bridge as the drums and tambourine are heard being played. After he sings it, the beat kicks back in and he sings the chorus and then vocalizes some more.

Then it takes you through his feelings for her and how he's perceiving our "relationship". It's almost like a tale of a one night stand but the feelings get attached and then your mind wonders What If and all that. The girl on the other hand is completely oblivious to his feelings but he's hoping that maybe by some chance she'll understand and feel the same way to. I used the term 'Connection to the Stars' as almost like a metaphor as if she'll just one day look at the stars and see that 'Oh, he's in love with me!' almost sarcastically but still with meaning to it. The bridge part really explains just how desperate he is to find her again and make her realize his feelings but you never really completely understand how she feels and what happens between them keeping the story open for imagination. You're welcome."
