Allura Silk has made history in Hip-Hop this week, with the release of her debut E.P, In My Zone. In My Zone E.P debut at No.9 on the Heat Top 40 Albums Chart, becoming the highest debut for any Hip-Hop E.P in the History of Hip-Hop. It has also become the highest debut for any new female Hip-Hop artist of 2011. Allura Silk hopes to make an even bigger dent in music in 2012 with the release of her second single off the E.P, Captivate The Night and the release of her debut album hitting shelves in April of 2012.

In other news “Captivate The Night” has been released for digital downloading and the single will hit mainstream and urban airwaves on January 3rd. It's good to know that chart numbers determine musical talent nowadays, heaven knows what would happen if we didn't have all these unique and boundary pushing super stars to look up to. Talent attracts mediocrity.

Allura Silk: I am sorry, but maybe because Hip-Hop has been on a conterversial strife recently with people saying quality is increasing then saying it's declinig, to actually make history as a FEMALE (what people call the endangered species which it isn't) means a lot to young girls who would listen to Hip-Hop and would like to do this. So before you sarcastically claim your invention of the defintion on unique & boundary pushing artist why don't you inform yourself on what is going on in my community and if you don't feel like doing that, then take a trip to hell. Muuuaah!

Your community? Ha! You're a self proclaimed history maker with a massive selling hit single, you don't get to play the "you just don't understand my hood" card. The existence of your career thrives around pushing out singles where success isn't being defined by artistic talent or delivery, but by sheer units shifted. How can you possibly say history is defined by a number next to a song title when there are countless platinum selling carbon copied pop starlets grinding the same industry formula for success into the ground, while bands who actually take risks and strive to pioneer new sounds are left overlooked. I couldn't give a shit about history making, because to me music is about communicating and expressing your individuality artistically, not trying to generate a 3 and a half minute single that'll target the largest desired demographic. Isn't it a bit strange (even fishy perhaps?) that someone who claims to be "aiming to inspire girls to express themselves" is blatantly selling and flaunting a mentality that reads more along the lines of, "Hey girls, don't bother expressing your individuality, because nobody cares about you as a person. The only thing anyone will ever respect you for is the number of platinum records hanging on your wall ten years from now"? Hate to break it to you, but composition of your chromosomes doesn't make you any more or less original than the next industry generated Hip-hop sensation. Anyways, congratulations on the "Highest debut for any new female Hip-Hop artist in 2011", heaven knows there's TONS of competition in a field that "broad", truly "history making". Cheers, wench!

Allura Silk: I really don't understand where you're from with your antics. You sound like a four year old begging for a piece of candy. I suggest if you want to move forward in life than you stop assuming, simply because makes an ass out of you. With that being said I don't get where you get this whole "you just don't understand my hood" card thingy, it sounds a bit ignorant don't you think, especially with me not intending for myself to sound that way and for you to take it that way shows you're lack of knowledge. No, you may not think there is TONS of competition in female Hip-Hop with your assumption of "Highest debut for any new female Hip-Hop artist in 2011", not being real musical history, but it is for me. No, I won't explain why it is big for me because I don't know you and quite frankly care for you to give you an explanation. But do me a favor my love, instead of bashing my music, why not take a listen to it so you won't sound like such an ass. When you can name one song off In My Zone then come give me a call. When you become a Hip-Hop artist then give me a call. When you become a female then give me a call. How uneducated and foolish do you llok to prove a point when there is no point to be proven, its obvious you haven't listen to my music but when you see me share my success and thank my fans you use that as a ploy to get into the whole, "She's all about the slaes thing", REGARDLESS OF WHAT EVER QUICK SARCASTIC, "ARTISTIC", BACKSIDED COMMENTS YOU MAKE YOU WILL LOOK FOOLISH. Smooches. Next topic please & thank you!

Chloe: Ermmmm. Actually, I have had made a bigger impact on my debut album... then you have .....if you really want to get technical with "hop hop". I've inspired many artist, like yourself to do what I did on my debut, same with Stefani Vola, she'll tell you the truth about her wanting to do what I did. And If your trying to categorize your self as an hip hop artist with songs like "Bananaz & Captivate The Night" then you are on drugs. You are not a real hip hop artist. Spit some true bars like I have on both my albums as well as being the first artist to explore many different genre's on my album but sticking to an hip hop edge.... You patterned your style off of me so did Stef, but she has expressed me as someone she looks up to. Honey, you are not the first. Slow your breaks. Your E.P is hardly hip hop. What history have you made with not much competition at ALL, and I'm an entirely higher lane then you are.

Now, I'm not much of one to point fingers here, but the only one who's stooping to "uneducated and foolish" (<-- your words) lows would be you. Not once have I stepped out and directly bashed your music or made an attempt to better myself over you by resorting to surface level belittling (putting aside the occasional use of the word wench, o' course), and I'm not frankly interested in starting now. This whole facade of, "You can't possibly understand where I'm coming from cause you're not a woman/hip-hop artist/insert other characteristic I have no interest of ever embracing here" has got to stop, cause for every "one up" you're throwing at me, I could toss one right back just as well. I could be saying, "You don't understand me cause you don't tour sweaty basements in a mini van, or you don't have to live on the road on a $6 per diem, or you haven't grown up in the hardcore punk community", but that does absolutely nothing to further my case besides establish that we are two very different people. I think you're a shitty, two-faced carbon copy who bases her success off album sales, and you think I'm a artsy, sarcastic asshole who's making a fool out himself because he can't possibly put himself in your place. Make you a deal, you send me a copy of your EP, show me what your whole "hip-hop perspective" is, and I'll guest list you to our next show, let you see what Philadelphia punk rock looks like, eh?

Nevaeh: Don't feed into their hate Allura, just continue to do you sweetie. You are doing a fantastic job as always and if people want to hate then let them. You have more important and better things to do with your time.

OOC: @synxhard I'm hoping that by some chance you're not being rude with the whole bite me comment but then again I'm pretty positive that phrase can only be used in a bad way. So I seriously don't understand your problem but that comment really isn't necessary. Of course I'd love to hear your take on the matter. So please do enlighten me on why you would be so rude to say something like that.

Hayden: It's the music business, everything's a competition. This isn't 'Everyone play nice and make friends so we can all love each other', no. You make a song to see how ir will do and to most people numbers do matter. You can't sit here and, basically annoy someone, because you don't like it. You don't like it? Sell all your music for free and never get on a chart. Who are you anyway?

Anyway good job Tisha. Don't let some irrelevant guy get you down.

OOC: Haha, jerk.

OOC: @synxhard I'm hoping that by some chance you're not being rude with the whole bite me comment but then again I'm pretty positive that phrase can only be used in a bad way. So I seriously don't understand your problem but that comment really isn't necessary. Of course I'd love to hear your take on the matter. So please do enlighten me on why you would be so rude to say something like that.

Allura Silk: I will Nevaeh. Thanks for your positive feedback and I've got your back like you've got mines. Muuah! That's love!

Allura Silk: But baby ma you're nothing to me. Your something I like to call a Bum, so do me a favor and #Stopit5. You have to be one of the dumbest bitches in the game, I was inspired by you, BITCH YOU JUST CAME OUT! I have been underground since '07, I've had a deal since 2010 its now 2012 baby girl. Chloe: LOL! Mad about you?????? Hahahaha! Unlike you I have talent AND numbers. 3 number one singles, multi-platinum album and most of all, I'm actually talented. I'm one of the main artists who started freely roaming through different genre's on my debut album hence "Different Elements of Chloe". Don't make me school you, your my child. There's nothing to be mad about when I have and will accomplish way more then you ever will as a POP, HIP-HOP or whatever you wanna call it, artist. Your so stupid. Brain bigger then the earth ever since you "made history" calm it down miss. You still gotta prove yourself. ONE SONG, ONE E.P and your the best there ever was, give me a break. Your wack!

Anyway good job Tisha. Don't let some irrelevant guy get you down.

OOC: Haha, jerk.

Allura Silk: Thank you Hayden! I've come here about my buisness. I have made friends along the way but I am not in need for anymore. I came here to do what I have a passion to do, if you wanna be catty and bitchy than you'll get the same in return. Regardless of the hate their words have nothing to do with the outcome of my records at all.
And thank you once again Hayden, you've made an EXTEMLY VALID POINT.

OOC: He's a douche lol. & I think you meant to put Allura not Tisha.
