I've always hated the phrase LGBT. It disenfranchises hundreds of people to lump gender in with sexuality.
I've got a lesbian friend who is intensely transphobic - can't understand it. It makes me happy to know we're all under the same roof. :)

It's not hormones. It's anatomy. Males have the prostate gland in their rectum, which when stimulated, generates feelings of pleasure which can be even more intense than masturbation and whatnot. In some males, early on, it can cause them to achieve orgasm pretty much nearly instantly.
It's kinda like an acquired taste I guess... Personally speaking, it can be painful at first, but after that, it subsides and feels fine.
Though it's not too uncommon from what I've heard for many gay men not to favour anal sex over other types because of their distaste for it. |
