 Lisa: Hello hello, and welcome to another episode of “Music Box Top Ten!” I'm your host, Lisa and boy do we have a great show for you all today. As always we'll be counting down the ten hottest videos from your favorite artists voted by you. We also have Giselle here today and she will join us later for an interview and performance. For now lets get into the countdown. Here are the first five most requested videos!
Lisa: Congratulations to those videos making it onto the countdown and thank you guys at home for voting them onto the countdown. More videos to follow in the next hour but for now I'd like to welcome the beautiful and world wide known artist, Giselle!
*audience applause*
Lisa: Hi Giselle, glad to have you here on the show today. (smiles) Love your outfit too, you look gorgeous as ever.
Giselle: Thanks *smiles*
Lisa: So last week you released your third album and not only did the album go #1 but your first single off the album, “Android” peaked in at #2 the exact same week. How does that make you feel?
Giselle: This is all crazy, it feels like a dream. When I heard about that from my team, I was in shock. But, at the end of the day, I'm so thankful.
Lisa: Things are looking really great thus far with all the success with this album and its sure to only sky rocket from here. You're releasing your second single, “Digital Love” featuring hot star, Dominic Brown, from the album next week, what made you decide to release it as the next single and how did you know Dominic would be perfect for the song?
Giselle: When I finished writing the song, and was ready to record. I felt that it was missing something. So when I recorded it, I found that it really needed some male vocals. I was thinking who would be perfect for the song, and thought of Dominic. I had met him a couple of times, so I called him up and was like "Hey Dominic, I got this song, and you will sound perfect in it". So we talked it over, made some tweaks, and that's how it happened. I decided to release it as the next single because I felt that it was a strong choice as a single. And as many know, Valentine's Day is coming up.
Lisa: Certainly sounds like an amazing song and I'm sure it'll be added to your list of accomplishments.(smiles) We heard a few weeks ago that you announced that you will be having a would tour, “Experience Giselle”, this year. Last we heard the Teen Titans were going to be supporting your 2nd leg. Have there been any other supporting artist added since then?
Giselle: Yup! *smiles* Cassie Valentine will be on the 2nd and 4tg leg along with Teen Titans. Dominic Brown is on board for the 5th and 6th leg. And I have the up and coming artist Shane on the 3rd leg.
Lisa: Wow such great artist all on one tour together. Sure the fans can't wait for that. The kick off date for the tour is January 23rd in San Diego, California. What will set this tour apart from all the other artists having tours this year?
Giselle: Well this tour is gonna be worldwide, and it set to be expanded for more dates in Australia and Oceania, a few shows in Japan and South Africa. I want this tour to be more intimate with my fans, which is why i called it "Experience Giselle". I think what will make this tour different is that it will be a more closer experience.
Lisa: Well good luck to you and we hope you enjoy yourself. Right now we'd like to move on to a new feature we've added to the show this week. You have a choice of playing “Would You Rather” or “Today’s Musical Trivia”. Which do you pick?
Giselle: Ooohh, this sounds interesting * laughs*. Hmm, I pick, "Would You Rather".
Lisa: Nice choice. The object of the game is to pick the choice you want but to make things interesting every question we don't get to, you have to reveal something people don't know. Sound fair?
Giselle: I'm ready for this. Be nice *laughs*
Lisa: Alright lets get started. You have 25 seconds to answer 10 questions. The time starts now. Would you rather be in a movie or help the needy?
Giselle: Help the needy!
Lisa: Dye your hair pink or eat raw hamburger meat?
Giselle: Pink!
Lisa: Be the richest person in the world or be immortal?
Giselle: Be the richest in the world!
Lisa: Date someone 10 years older than you or 10 years younger than you?
Giselle: 10 years older!
Lisa: Have free iTunes music forever or Starbucks for a year.
Giselle: OH God, that's hard! Starbucks!
Lisa: Be able to speak to animals or speak all foreign languages?
Giselle: Uhhh, I don't know speak to animals
Lisa: *Buzzer* Awww time's up. You had four questions remaining which means now you must reveal four secrets we don't know about you.
Giselle: *laughing shyly* Oh my goodness, what can I say? Well, I can burp the alphabet, I'm not gonna do that right now, its not ladylike *smiles*. I'm really flexible, I put my arms together and behind my back *demonstrates*. I can't ride a bike, which is really sad. My last secret, I'm obsessed with keeping things in order. Like everything has to be even and neat. And numbers can't be odd. Its weird.
Lisa: Thanks for being our guinea pig this week by trying out our new feature to the show. For your participation we have a small token of appreciation to give you. (smiles and hands her a personalized medium glass trophy)
Giselle: Aw, thanks. It was fun playing this.
Lisa: Before we go to commercial break, we have two more questions left. The first one comes from Brian from Fargo, North Dakota. He writes, “Hi Giselle, Is it true that you auditioned for Celebrity Big Brother 2?”
Giselle: Hey Brian! Yes, I did audition for the show. And I'm totally ready for that experience.
Lisa: Our last question comes from an audience member.
Audience member: “Will there be any giveaways for tickets to your upcoming tour?”
Giselle: *smirks* Yup, me and KISS-FM are doing a competition. The 40th caller will win $5,000. Then they will be put into a raffle. The winner will get to see me in two shows, one in New York City, and Paris, all expenses paid. A meet & greet, shopping spree, and of course you get to hang out with me for the weekend in Paris.
Lisa: Great questions you guys and thank you again Giselle for being with us today. We'll see Giselle back in a moment as she'll be giving a very special performance. For now we have to pay some bills. Don't touch that dial, we'll be right back.
