OOC: Due to it saying I exceeded the character limits, etc, I have to break the album up into 2 parts.
Hannah Beth has been in the business for a while now and has 20 singles released. She currently scored her first #1 hit with Animal and has been showing just how much of an artist she really is. With her silent and beautiful personality, Hannah has not been afraid to step outside of her comfort zone and boundaries to make some amazing singles and music videos. She is now releasing her 3rd studio album Identity which she calls 'An album with all my personalities in each song.' Even though she's only had one #1 hit, she has earned 2 awards and collaborated with some of the biggest names in music including, Tisha Jackson, Taylor Asbridge, Katie Coyle, and even Failed Youth. She's also worked with her cousin Izzy and her little brother Hayden. She may not be controversial or even interesting but she's a musician who only wants to do one thing; make good music.
Her musical styles are influenced with several different types with this album. She has soulfulness in some tracks and Dance-pop in another. She's not afraid to experiment with different sounds and instruments, hence her experimentation with Subliminal, and she writes most of her own songs. Most of the instruments Merjos has learned to play through the process of making the album.
The album, although pushed back numerous times, is finally ready to be heard. She's been working on the album ever since mid September collaborating with different artists on this album like Katie Coyle, Izzy Merjos, newcomer Benji Luna, etc. Will this be Hannah's long sought after #1 album or will she be disappointed once again?

1. Let's Dance! ft. Tisha Jackson and Isabel
Description: Hannah Beth decided to team up with Tisha Jackson and Isabel for her first hit single on her new album. The track is an uptempo dance track with an island feeling. The tracks has lots of drums and guitar. It has a Pop feeling and Isabel brings a lot of Colombian flavor to the record. It's definitely a party record with lots of bass in it. Tisha and Hannah switch up singing in the verses and Izzy comes in with the Bridge in Spanish. It's the perfect mixture of cultures.

[Verse 1: Hannah Beth] The weekends almost done The moon is low in the sky I feel like goin out Before the night passes by I won't just sit around When life becomes a drag I dance, Baby I dance.
(Tisha) I like the bass (turn it up, turn it up, turn it up) I like the boom (turn it up, turn it up, turn it up) I need guitar (turn it up, turn it up, turn it up) I like that drum when it goes boom boom boom
[Chorus: Hannah and Tisha] Let's dance What the weekend What the night is all about Let's dance Grab your girlfriends Grab your boyfriends Sweat it out Let's dance (Move your whole body) (Let's start the party)
(Speak/rap: Hannah) To much rock for one girl can make her go crazy I need someone to dance with me baby (Dance)
2. Como La Flor
Description: A very Latina side of Hannah Beth this song portrays. Originally performed by Selena, Hannah Beth covers this song beautifully with her own pop twist to it. The song is filled with tons of Latin style mixed with some pop influence. Keyboards, drums, maracas, all the instruments used to make an exotic type beat to the song. Hannah sings in a perfectly toned voice with her perfect Spanish singing to match. The song also sounds a lot like an 80's style type song but she manages to make it sound more modern for listeners today.

3. You, I, Wind, and Sea
Description: The song begins with a piano and violins in the background, along with a keyboard, making it an uptempo song. Hannah sings in the beginning before going into the first verse. She sings with a soulfulness in her voice and bounces each note playfully. There's a hint of a island/Caribbean feeling to her voice as well. The violins pick up as she sings the second half of the verse, going into the chorus. The beat then picks up to how it started in the beginning. Another change in tempo comes when she sings the bridge and a Choir is heard singing in the background.

Ooh, Ooh, Na, Na, Na, Na, Na, Na, Na, Na, Na, Na
[Verse 1] I've cried, so many tears it seems so unreal Everyone talks, they tear me down I try to figure out Why, oh why? I guess this is the price that I must pay For living my own life my own way Nobody can seem to ever figure out Why we must fill each other with so much doubt
[Chorus] But all that matters to me is You, I, the Wind and Sea I said all that matters to me is You, I, the Wind, and the Sea Nothing will ever change how I feel
[Verse 2] Sometimes the life you live will get you down And that's the time that you're supposed to smile You never let them know, You never ever show Just how they get to you I guess this is the price that I must pay For living my own life my own way Nobody can seem to ever figure out Why we must fill each other with so much doubt
4. All Of Me
Description: Hannah's new single from her new album shows her soulfulness and urban side. So far she's been able to show more diverse sides to her than just a normal pop singer. She also has a helping hand in production this time with her best friend Alicia Lena. The song starts off with Hannah singing Ba Ba Ba Duh along with some finger snaps in the background. As the song continues, the rest of the beat kicks in and you can hear the keyboards, horns, thumping bassline, synthesizers, tribal drums, with a '80's pop and soul feel to it. As she sings the first verse, her voice is soft and warm. As she sings the Pre-Chorus, you can hear the back up singers sing Ohh, Ohh. You can then hear the horns as she sings the chorus. Her voice has sort of a bounce to it and she sings loud, showing off her vocal skills. When she sings Patiently she sings it as a scale, getting higher and higher. She then sings the lines before the next verse and goes into the second verse singing like the first one. She then sings the Chorus 4 times, going up a key each time. This song really shows off her vocal range and skills as a singer. She sings with feeling and soul then the songs fades out slowly.

[Verse 2] So baby I hope that you can see just how much you mean To the one you love so much Forever you are treating me like a queen How'd I get so luck-y?
[Pre-Chorus] (Ohh, Ohh, Ohh) Now everybody sees the glow upon my face and all my cheer (You brought it into my life) And I know (I can be your future wife) Whooa (Ohh, Ohh, Ohh) I don't ever want this feeling to leave my heart or disappear But I know It never will
[Chorus] Cause finally the search is over I don't have to look for a lover You've been waiting patiently So now I will give you all of me So baby don't you fear I'll love you far or near You've been waiting patiently So now I will give you all of m.
5. Where's My Baby? Ft. Cassie Valentine
Description: A very soul inspired track featuring two soulful singers, Hannah Beth and Cassie Valentine sing their hearts out in this amazing collaboration. The song begins with horns, drums, and keyboards. Hannah sings first with a soft voice. The horns really shine when they sing the chorus together. When they sing "Where is my baby? Has anybody seen my baby? I have a feeling that he's gone and left me for that pretty little maid", the horns get louder and causes the song to shift when Cassie starts to sing. A vibrant song that's definitely another throwback. Hannah captures just what a soulful song should sound like.

[Verse 1] He must have seen me coming from a mile away He was gone before the night had turned to day I found out the hard way I wasn't his only little love thing Cold and lonely is how he left my heart I always knew he could never finish what he would start
[Chorus] Where is my baby? (Where is he?) Has anybody seen my baby? (I can't find him) I have a feeling that he's gone And left me for that pretty little maid Where is my baby? (My baby) Where is my baby? (My baby)
6. Simple Things
Description: A midtempo contemporary R&B ballad, Hannah Beth seems to shine on this track also. Starting off with a simple piano playing, Hannah sings in a low, soulful like voice. The mixture of synthesizers and a drum machine with the piano, gives the track it's full potential along with her singing. She sings with a sort of up and down feeling to the verses showing off her vocal range. The song takes a turn when she sings the Bridge, her voice becoming a little more higher and stronger than before. Hannah ends the song with the same as she started the song. (Think Shontelle - Impossible)

[Pre-Chorus] So now you're questioning That fateful day Wishing that I would have just stayed You can stop wondering Because I
[Chorus] I just wanted one word Showing your compassion Always stuck up for you Even when you were wrong Showing me the light you Gave me what I needed How my heart had pleaded You just had to say one thing So simple, So simple So simple, So simple
7. Break Free
Description: A soft tempo song with a dance feeling to it. Hannah pours her heart out on this track about her estranged mother. Starting off with a soft melody from a keyboard followed by a full beat with a guitar. Hannah sings the first verse softly and slowly, a soothing ocean sound heard in the background. The beat starts to pick up a little once she gets to the last line of the verse and into the chorus. Her voice is then divided into different vocals which allow her to sing in a high and low voice at the same time, giving it a beautiful effect. Her voice in the background is higher and comes out more when she sings the last line. A use of other instruments also in this song include, a piano, harp, and some synths.

[Chorus] You didn't hold my hand or wipe away my tears, You didn't help me build my dreams, you only added to my fears. Your mom did it to you, so you passed it on to me I hope from this cycle that I can break free.
[Bridge] I'll be the mother I never had, something you wouldn't know. I'll do what I can to be my daughter's own personal hero. For her there is nothing I wouldn't do, That's more than I could ever say for you.
8. Make It Last
Description: A soft and acoustic driven track with Hannah's soft and lovely vocals seems like the perfect mix. The song starts off with an acoustic guitar playing alone and Hannah starts to sing in a high and slow tone. As she gets to the middle of the verse, maracas are introduced with a bass being mixed into the song. It has a real soothing tone to it and with Hannah's vocals it makes the song sound like a dreamy love song. Hannah attempts to make a hit out of a simple beat with an acoustic guitar.

[Chorus] Things may seem like They're irreversible But the truth is just the same I know that we've been through Some things before But this time seems to have stopped the flame And I won't deny, Anymore That I never regret the past And I won't deny, I tried to make it last
Yeah Yeah Ohh
[Verse 2] We Were just innocently in love And Now It seems that's what we're out of So we can't keep it alive Knew that I Was gonna have to let it go Even when All the signs started to show Just how you really felt sometimes
[Chorus] Things may seem like They're irreversible But the truth is just the same I know that we've been through Some things before But this time seems to have stopped the flame And I won't deny, Anymore That I never regret the past And I won't deny, I tried to make it last
9. Run, Devil, Run
Description: The song has a fun, up tempo beat with a laid back feeling to it. Hannah starts off by singing in a sexy, kind of low voice and sings the bridge fast making it sound like a rap. The beat starts to pick up more when the chorus starts and you can hear horns and trumpets. The song is talking about getting revenge on someone who hurt you. This could be an ‘Ex-girlfriend’s’ anthem.

[Chorus] You better run, run, run, run, run Cause there's gonna be some hell to pay You better run, run, run, run, run And that's the only thing I'm gonna say, hey I wish I’d known right from the start That I was dancing with the dark You better run Devil, Run, Run, Devil, Run Run Run Devil Devil Run Run
[Verse 2] Now that your living with the vampires You better get yourself a gun I'll make ya sing just like a boy's choir I'll string you up to have some fun
[Pre-Chorus] Run, Devil, Run Run, Devil, Run Run Run Devil Devil Run Run
10. Subliminal
Description: A guitar-driven midtempo song, which incorporates a folk-style flute melody. The song starts off with the folk-style flute melody being played which is then joined by a guitar. Hannah begins to sing the first few lines and then on the third line, Hannah sings the last word 'loved', repeating it in a decrescendo, her voice doing a backwards scale getting lower each time. She does this for every other line in the verses. As she sings the keyboards are being played, giving the song a pop feeling. She sings the chorus with her background vocals singing in a higher tone then her voice which is lower. Each verse, her voice starts off high and then gets lower. When she sings the part of the song that goes 'But you know, I shoulda let go-o, but no-o I can't', her voice is has sort of an echoing affect and her voice seems to be multiplying meaning she starts of singing the first part with only her voice being heard, then the second part, her voice doubled, then the third part, her voice tripled, which then goes back to one voice when she sings the 'I can't'. The song goes into the Bridge, loosing the flute sound until the end of the Bridge. She sings the Chorus twice until the song ends with her vocalizing and ab-libbing and the sound of the guitar with the flute playing.

But you know, I shoulda let go-o, But no-o I can't Because, I know that one day he will be mines Hoping he starts to realize |
