You cant imagin how his life was. From a kid, i dont know how old. He lost a lot of fans the last years. Thriller was/is a very important album. A markpoint in modern music. |

You obviously don't know much about Michael Jackson, he's always had many fans and Thriller wasn't his only hit. May other songs markpointed in mdern music and many artist look up and respect, he is the best. Now believe it or not the only album I bought was Invinsible.

You're an idiot. Thriller is THE top selling album in music history. It is one of the most definitive pop albums in the world. |

Would anyone agree with the claim that he was 'the greatest entertainer in the history of mankind'? |

^^ I agree with that, I don't think anyone could match up with the kind of show he put on during his prime, I don't believe anyone ever will accomplish everything he did during his career. It's unfortunate how he'd become such a laughingstock these past few years to the media. |

Like 11/9, Princess Diana and (according to my mum) J. F. Kennedy - this is one of those deaths where you'll always remember where you were when you found out. They said so on the news as well, and it's completely true. I remember my mum explaining to me in the kitchen, while making me tea, that Diana had died, and that I would never forget where I was, just like she's never forgotten where she was when she found out that Kennedy got shot. I remember sitting on my sofa, watching the Twin Towers explode as it happened. And - try as I might, I'll never forget this forum. |

If there is something we know all about from someone than its Michael Jackson. |

Compared to whom and in wich time? There is a long history of entertainers. Ever been to a Stones Concert? A Queen concert? Freddy was a great entertainer aswell, but not as a solo artist. I agree that Thriller was a very important album, but also Stevie Wonder's Songs In The key Of Life. |

That isn't my statement by the way...just one of a long line of tributes spewed endlessly across the television networks, from within Jackson's camp I beleive. |
