Hey, this is BrownSugar here. My account has crashed, it keeps on saying wrong username/password when clearly it is all the right info I'm putting in. Oh and this isn't Missy Kim or Popstar whatever, I seen it happen before when he was posing as Stacy (GirlSpice). Is there anyway to get back onto my old account? :/

I've tried that and it says it has been sent to my email but nothing has appeared. Also, it wouldn't let me sign in on Google Chrome for about a month now so I had to use FireFox if I wanted to sign in here but my sister deleted the firefox browsing history and now it won't let me sign in anymore :/

Keep trying the password reset and check your spam, that's where my password reset emails were going to. |

Very strange! Instead of typing it, did you try copying and pasting it? If not, try resetting it again and if you've done it more than once, only use the password given from the most recent email. That's all I can suggest for now. :( |
