Natalya: I take a very pragmatic look at things. So Ms Fierce did not like our performance, and that's a shame. But hey, that's her own opinion. Everyone else liked it, and it is not our job to go out there and please every single person. People have their own views, and we just have to keep trying as hard as we are.

Gemma: It hurt me to hear Stephanie say that, because she is someone I have always loved to listen to, and I thought we did well. Thank you to Brit for the support. You are the best mentor in the world, and we appreciate everything you do for us. We love you so much.

"Well, I would like to send an apology to "Lashes", because looking back at the footage it did seem kind of harsh. I'm just an honest person, I wasn't gonna be the cookie cutter type of guest judge and I truly wasn't impressed with the performance but I could of been nicer about what I said and I do acknolegged the fact that a lot of people enjoyed the performance. In the end it was my opinon, and obviously my opinion matters to a lot of people. So I do apologyze if I offended them. I think people just want to take advantage of the moment and bring me down, but that always just shows the true color in people. I'm human, I make mistakes I'm not perfect, everything I do and say is not gonna be fantastic. However, the reason I'm laughing is that this controversy doesn't stop me from being who I am and it doesn't destroy my legacy. And the people making it into a big deal, have no idea how much satisfaction I'm getting from it. I haven't really had a controversy like this in a while, since I said something about PETA, so I'm loving it! "You see when I first came out, Tisha Jackson never wanted to be my friend until I started having success. Once everyone lashed out on her, I was the only one to have her back. However, once I started having success, then she always wanted to be my best friend, however I felt like she was using me for the wrong reasons. I was very young, so at the time I didn't know who to trust and who to not, especially after the start of my career. A lot of these young stars have no idea about that because they weren't 'in' the undustry at the time, which was very anti-pop. She was jealous at the fact that I was able to win awards like "Best Album" and she couldn't win one stinking award, which to me was very silly. She even had a big fit about it. However, I was always kind to Tisha until she betrayed me and when I would fall, she still would turn her back on me. It took me a long time to forgive her but once I did, she did it once again and I decided to never talk to her again. About a year or so, she asked me to be on her song "History" in which she references a lot of my songs and career moments. To me personally she hasn't done anything to change music and to me personally she's just good at what she does, being a radio star, but I will never be her friend."

DUSTYN'S BABY BLUES
STAR'S AGONY AS SON IS BORN ALMOST 4 MONTHS PREMATURE

You would think the pop star would be jumping for joy at the birth of his son however Dustyn Blue is currently fearing the idea of losing his child as the tot was born 4 months premature. Shay Aodhan Blue was born at 3:24am this morning after the child's mother, Holly Dunbar, felt unusual pains in her flat last night.

Back in January of this year, the Weekend star had an infamous bunk up with self confessed 'party girl' Holly Dunbar in The Dirty Bastard Hotel & Casino's gents toilets. The 16 year old stated almost immediately afterwards how he regretted it and that he felt ashamed due to the fact that many young people look up to him and he felt he wasn't setting a good example. Soon afterwards Holly revealed she was carrying his child and that Dustyn would not be allowed to even see the baby. Months later, Ms Dunbar had been seen in numerous clubs drinking and smoking whilst pregnant with Shay, which sparked off fueds with the likes of Lyrica Ocha and Mandy Williams who both branded her as a 'terrible person' and an 'unfit mother'.

Holly was rushed to hospital as her waters broke at her home at approximately 9:45pm last night. The baby wasn't due until 31st of October however, after being in labour for a painful few hours and being only 5 months pregnant, Holly gave birth to the tiny bundle of joy today. Shay is only 2 pounds and 10 ounces and is currently in an incubator in an intensive care unit. The tot has been under going many tests and is currently being examined by doctors and nurses as we speak. Holly has now infact permitted the child to live with Dustyn as she 'won't be able to cope with an ill baby'.

Dustyn, who recently came out as gay, is now in a relationship with Blake Williams (cousin of pop star Mandy Williams). It's been said he is over the moon that Shay will be able to live with him however, he fears for the baby's life due to his health complications. Dustyn is now offically a father at just 16 years of age.

The Music Industry's Hottest New Act!

Serenity Scott, 23, is officially listed as one of the hottest new acts of 2012. Serenity Scott is a multi-talented singer-songwriter that recently released a hot new single entitled 'Wonderland'. The pretty beauty queen recently launched her own solo website (she was once a member of 8 Mile Rock), and plans to release her debut album sometime during the summer! Not only has she announced plans to release an album, including multiple singles before the album is released, but is rumoured to release a single featuring the well-known Mr. Luke Striker. The songstress hinted to fans about the single on her Twitter site, tweeting "The next one will be featuring a very special guest!", and "Working with Mr. Striker was great! Can't wait to get this one out guys!".
Her recent single 'Wonderland' has been praised by many! Including some of the most famous celebrities in music such as Hannah Beth, Stacy Walton, and the King of Struggles man, James Urie.
Here's what Serenity had to say about her career, what she has done, and what she plans to do later:

As 2012 trails along and summer is already sprawling its way onto the year, Star factory Judge and iconic songstress Brittany Knox is finally getting ready to release a long awaited comeback single!

After having a massively popular and successful album "Halfway There", Brittany Knox went onto work on her 3rd studio album "Epoch" which featured mega-hits in the New Wave/Disco/Pop inspired Desert Paradise and the dark and dramatic New Wave/Alternative Pop tune Bonnie's Redemption ft. Jason Smith. She went onto release this album in small territories and only available for purchase on the internet, with little to no promotion due to her wanting to take time off with then fiancee, Jake Wilson, and then the "album" was revamped as an EP/Album as it only featured 5 tracks. Since then, however, Brittany Knox took a hiatus from music and remained out of the spotlight.

Brittany has now risen back to the spotlight, this time quietly becoming a judge on Star-Factory and has been molding up and coming contestants in "Lashes" and "Edward Barat". But the mentor is now taking things into her own music.

We could assume that since she has made her way back to where she belongs, she has recorded music, and Knox has been very quiet about what she is, and isn't recording. Not even giving us info on any new music aside from a tweet stating #Studio, that in turn caused a worldwide trending topic with fans eager to know what exactly is the icon recording, but our questions are finally being answered.

Brittany will be releasing a brand new single come next week Sunday.

JULIAN MORELLO HAS FIELD TRIP FESTIVAL 2012 LINE-UP ALMOST FINALISED!
Many acts have already signed on to perform at the return of one of last year’s most successful music festivals but the headliners have yet to be decided by Morello who has vowed to incorporate a younger and more energetic line-up than the previous year!

Almost three weeks ago Culture Uncut brought you the news that the relative industry newcomer ‘Julian Morello’ was given the task of organizing the 2012 Field Trip Festival line-ups and other duties ahead of this summer’s first major festival and it appears that the 24 year-old Studio60 employee has the festival’s line-up almost complete as he juggles work between the festival duties, his work at the record label and producing/songwriting which has already earned him two number #1 singles as a songwriter with writing credits on Benjamin Luna’s ‘I’ll Take The Bruises’ and more recently Luke Striker’s ‘Everybody Wants You’ and it would appear that it’s been a rather busy couple of weeks for the young industry figure with the majority of acts already confirmed for the two-day festival in June.

Names already confirmed for the festival include current Studio60 acts, ‘Abie Lena’ who is currently working on her highly anticipated sophomore album, ‘Isabel Merjos’ who has been one of the hardest working acts in the industry with a number of outside projects as well as a string of hit singles, ‘Ellie-Grace Summers’ who’s own blend of country/folk-pop helped propel her debut album into the top10 best-selling of 2011 along with ‘Misery Loves Company’ who have quickly became one of the biggest bands in the music industry boasting a Diamond certified debut album and a highly anticipated follow-up set for release ahead of the festival date.
Other names confirmed for the line-up include youngsters ‘Jennifer Armstrong’, ‘Anna Villiot’, ‘Aaron Marks’ and ‘Bianca Moretti’ as well as a couple of slightly more experienced performers that include 'Stephanie Fierce', ‘Electrodeath’, ‘Atomic War Bride’ and ‘Book Of Love’
However it’s still unconfirmed as to which two acts will be headlining the weekend of music on Saturday and Sunday, with internet forums continually being bombarded with speculation about who should be headlining as well as the obvious unconfirmed rumors, but Culture Uncut spoke exclusively to Morello recently and this is what he had to say regarding the festival;

“I’ve got the majority of acts lined-up for the festival and I’m delighted with the talent that will be on show during the weekend in June, I’ve read a lot about who should headline the festival and it’s definitely been interesting to see which names are being thrown into the mix by fans, I think the majority of people seem to be focusing on the experienced acts but you’ve got to take into consideration a number of different things including availability which is a tricky thing to work around with a lot of major acts already announcing tour dates, but I think there’s a wealth of talented musicians out there that I’m currently looking at as possible headliners.

I’m in talks with two acts to have headline the festival. Last year they went with Ryan Ross Hernandez and Miss Vanity as headliners and what with it being the first year it was obvious that they would go with a couple of huge experienced names like those two but I think that you have to put into consideration the fact that it is primarily teenagers and young adults that will be attending and so I think this year it’s important to play up to that and perhaps go with a headliner that is young and fresh, I’m hoping that the two that I choose are quite different to each other so you could expect something different from the two days.

We are close to confirming the first headliner which would be performing on the Saturday and it’s perhaps a slightly unexpected name, certainly not a name that many people have spoken about in terms of possible headliners, they’re an act that has had success over the last few years and more recently over the past year has blown up quite drastically. They may be an act that would perhaps divide the audience but I’m pretty sure that they would manage to prove themselves with their performance.
I’m also in talks with an act with regards to the second headline spot on the Sunday evening, it’s perhaps seen as the more important headline slot since they would effectively be bringing the festival to a close and so we’re looking for an act that will definitely give a memorable performance.
With the wealth of talent on show for the two dates in June I’ve gotta say I’m not only looking forward to the festival as an organizer but I’m looking forward to the festival as a music fan, it’s shaping up to be an incredible weekend of live music.”


So what do you think of the acts that have already been confirmed to perform at 'Field Trip Festival 2012', are you happy with the range of music that will be on display or would you have preferred a different line-up? Who do you think are the likely headliners? Do you think the festival will be better than last years? Do you perhaps think that Morello is a little too inexperienced to have been given this task? SHOCK REVELATION!: TAYLOR ASBRIDGE WAS ALMOST A FATHER AT 15 YEARS OLD

Taylor Asbridge, former guitarist of 'legendary' punk rock band, Dead Roses, has been known recently to be in the news constantly against his own will, following many heartbreaks, beatings and near death experiences. But Culture Uncut can confirm that Taylor Asbridge's ex-girlfriend, 13 years ago gave birth to Taylor's first child, which only lived for a few days before dying when both were only 15 years old. Taylor Asbridge had previously mentioned in an interview that he lost his virginity at 13 because of his lively teenage years, growing up as a teenage alcoholic, but Taylor had never mentioned to the press about the death of his child, who was assumed to be a female.

Taylor Asbridge was questioned about this story earlier today but declined to shed light on this subject, but a close friend of Taylor's, who has asked not to be named on this article, had explained the situation to us. "They were both young and stupid, I guess. He had a girlfriend back when he was about 15, who became pregnant. He was absolutely terrified about the whole thing, but eventually he got comfortable with it, but about two or three days after the birth of the little girl, she had died. He was devastated and spent about two months in his room, he wouldn't go to school or talk to anyone. It was a horrible year for all of us."
